Always get treated well. I was a little disappointed when I called at 7:30pm with my dog in pain I was told to go elsewhere because you were closing in a few mins. I did go to the animal hospital that day then made an appointment with you the next day. It all worked out in the end.

I have been with Cay Vet since Dr. Dale purchased it from Dr. Ryan. Prior to that I was with Dr. Ryan. So in short I have been going to this establishment since I was a teen I have only once in that entire time had a bad experience and Dr. Dale handled that issue and since then have had no further issues. My daughter insists on coming with me any time I bring one of our pets in as she is going to pursue education in the vet field. My recent visit with Molly was fine, she was handled with care and is on her road to feeling much better. I m hoping that the other 2 cats don t come down with the same aliment, but will be in touch if they do. Thanks for yet another good experience with your techs/vet.

Everyone in the office went “above and beyond” to help me find a medication for Niko’s ringworm. (That didn’t cost $ 1,000 !). You also checked to find out the best pharmacy to go to. I really appreciate all that you do!??

I loved everything about our visit, but I do not like receiving sales messages from you. Just keep me up to date on visits; don t try to sell me products, please. Loved the pheromone towel for a stray kitty that was feeling stressed when we arrived. Very good experience with the tech and the vet.

Good place to go but overall it is kinda expensive to have a pet .

It s been awhile for us, visiting the clinic. But we felt welcomed, our dogs were treated so well and the bill was much less than anticipated! Thank you for renewing our faith in good people doing good work for their friends and neighbors! Blessings for the New Year to all!!
