Due to Covid19, I was not allowed inside the facility. The staff greeted us at the car and escorted our dog into the building. It was a little inconvenient with phone call communication and not face-to-face, but everything was explained thorough and the staff was very kind and generous

Considering the challenges involved with the current pandemic, my experience was exceptional. Disappointed that I didn t get to see the interior of the new offices, but glad the staff have everyone s health and safety as a priority. I really like the separate entrances for cats/exotics and dogs.

I got an appt.right away,was seen upon arrival,everyone was VERY friendly,and VERY professional,they were also all VERY gentle to my pet! I will always highly recommend this place!

Mary, Emily and Dr. Megan were fantastic with my Labradoodle. She can get apprehensive about getting on the exam table and they remembered this, responding but getting down on the floor with her for the exam. It would be nice if all health care practices could be this efficient, perceptive and kind like Cayuga Vet and the staff. I certainly recommend them to all my friends who are pet owners.

Dr. Dale is great and has been our vet for a couple of decades!
