When I called to let them know I was there I got the answering machine...I left a message, waited 1/2 hour and after no one getting back to me I called again and left another message...several minutes later they called and asked if I was in the parking lot I said yes I have been here almost 45 min. waiting...they came right out. When I got home I learned that your office had called my home landline at 1:30 to find out if I had forgotten my app t and I m thinking when you were told I was gone to the vet that s when you called my cell....Let s hope you can fully reopen soon but until then I would suggest you check your messages more often to avoid this in the future...Thank You...

Both Cooper and I love everything about the office staff and especially Dr. Meghan!! My daughter adopted 2 kittens in June & I told her she had to bring them to Cayuga & Dr. Meghan and now thwy are part of the Cayuga family as well.

This appointment was fine! However, within the last couple months I have called the office and left messages and never received a call back from you. I would have to end up calling you back after waiting the entire day for a return phone call!

Waited 15 minutes AFTER discussion with vet for dog to be returned with medications. Why not ask if medications are wanted as dog is taken in so they can be ready when consultation is over? These are routine meds, not any to be prescribed during the consultation.

Due to COVID-19, I would say that you have a good system set up.

I love this place. Even during the covid time there very accommodating. Always will be the only one to take care of my 3 boys.

We liked the waiting in the car better than in the waiting room. My chihuahua was much calmer not having to deal with other pets. My little guy is a bit on the nervous side. Yet he came out of the building happy to see me and not at all nervous. It was a good experience for both of us.

The Veterinarians, Vet Technicians and Support Staff are all very kind and competent. Another Vet May be needed to keep up with volume of appts. needed.

I am very pleased with everything except cant tellyou if the place is clean but i am sure it is also dr meghan is the best??

Wait time was very long. It was hot out there. I wish I could have been with my cat during her visit to offer reassurance.

In these COVID times, some of these questions are hard to answer...cleanliness and time spent. I do like the parking lot spaces and think I might prefer that to waiting room when things ease. Specific to my pet’s most recent visit, you forgot to give him his bordatella! I did very much appreciate the call today inquiring how he was doing after neutering surgery.

We appreciated being able to be seen so quickly from when we called about our dog s issue, but then had to wait a half hour at curbside, which was OK. We know it was a busy day.

Hard to comment on service when I was not allowed to go into building even with a mask on with my Chihuahua because of the virus. I am a widow with only SS and the bill was steep for me.

I can’t answer the last question with certainty because only my dog went in, but it looks clean!! Can’t wait to see it!! Always 5 stars, and more. It’s a pleasure and an honor to bring my pets to you all. Thank you

I was very happy with the way the staff handled the appointment with our boys during the pandemic. I wasn t able to be with them for the appointment but I know they were well taken care of.

I do not appreciate the demand that I give my three digit CC code in order to complete payment. My credit card information was previously used for unauthorized purchases and I had a horrible time getting it reconciled. As a result, I do not give out that information. I was offered NO option! I asked to be able to call with payment information and was told that I could not leave without making payment. This was insulting! I suggest that you use a hand-held scanner to payment as long as curb-side service is necessary. Thank you for any consideration. Nancy Jo Hitchcock

I absolutely love this office, the doctor and staff were so nice and explained everything to me about my cats injuries! I’m very thankful for their help!
