the non-contact appointments under COVID restrictions remain a bit strange, but necessary. Still hope to see that bright, shiny new building some day.

Your office has been great. Unfortunately with my twins ever changing school schedule (due to COVID), I had to reschedule my let s appt. 3 times. Your office was wonderful and understanding in accommodating my schedule. Thank you!

As always they were awsome.... And I think I had a new Tech for Sweety. I Actually did not meet her... but she seemed nice... and my cat was still calm when they bring her back to my car.

Two of these questions are irrelevant, as curbside service only was available to me for my appointment. I did not have an opportunity to see the new office facilities, nor did I meet with the provider(s) of my pet’s services. Otherwise, everything was quite satisfactory.

I can t wait to see the inside of the new building.

It was wonderful to finally have a vet who really cares about my dog and took the time to help me understand exactly what was wrong and the plan to make him better!

I tried to get my cat in to be seen early last month. Ultimately Dr. Dale amputated my cat s right arm (Thomas) and he is doing great! the vet tech who brought him out suggested I use a baby onesie to cover his stitches so he wouldn t lick them and it worked like a charm. He was doing great after the 3rd day and is getting around like his old self. I did not want to put him down and Dr Dale agreeded he was tooo happy to die - I m so greatful. the best part was the cost - you worked with me to stay within a budget where I could give him his life by taking his leg and not letting him die. THANK YOU ALL

Due to Covid, could not go in building. I did feel rushed by vet,but due to circumstances, understandable. Really appreciate the folks in this practice.

This is not something new, I just never commented on it before. After a visit customers are to pay the bill before receiving the statement. It might be a bit more time consuming, but I would appreciate being able to see the itemized bill prior to payment. Matilda s last bill was almost $500. I had no opportunity to look at the statement until after we were home. I don t have questions about the bill, I would just like an opportunity to see what I am paying for prior to payment.

I loved the curbside services!

I love Dr Megan! She was (and always is) thorough and caring and listens well to everything I need to tell her. It is so hard to sit in my car and describe what is going, but she listened and asked questions. I have had to bring several of my animals since March and each of them has come back calm and happy. I know that they are so nicely taken care of when I send them in. The staff is working SO hard to make all this work and the patients and their owners appreciate it!

The reason I checked N/A on #7 is that we didn t go into the office; only the cats! Great service overall. Thanks.

We have the pet care insurance.....can t believe how much it cost for a well visit for one dog. Don t remember paying that much for two. Heartworm and flea meds are going up to the point I m afraid people won t buy.
