I want to be able to be in the room with my pets. we both know Covid has caused alot of heartache and pain but we ve had our shots and go to church and stores and other vet offices are open to allow owners to be with their babies. I pray it is soon. I can t stand this.

There is no way for anyone to know what the facilities are like because customers are not allowed in the building. All interaction is in a parking lot on a busy road with a vet tech that does not have the answers to any questions that you would normally ask a doctor during an office visit.

Kenya responded very well to the acupuncture! Dr. Megan was thorough with her explanation of treatment and with examining Kenya. Everyone is friendly, kind, and courteous! Thank you!

I absolutely love Cayuga Veterinary Services! My favorite parts are hearing Mary’s friendly voice answer the phone and the level of care my babies get from Dr. Echols. I can’t wait to see the inside of that new beautiful building. Thank you for all you do!!

Bill was not explained, just told totals. Prices keep going up, and are higher than we were quoted when we made the appointments. With no additional services added. We could not get all three animals in at once. It makes it hard with work schedule and the distance we drive.

Sorry but with covid closelings its hard to say how clean but 5 star based on previous visits,always a pleasure ,wont take my animals to any one else

Waiting time is increasing at every appointment

The wait was longer than expected and it made my dog extra nervous. She isn t a big fan of the vet/car anyway

Dr Echols took on my geriatric Annie who has multiple issues. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and explained her findings on Annie’s initial exam and bloodwork. We are thankful to have found her.

My husband and I are always comforted to know how kind and attentive the staff is with our pets. They re patient with us too! Definitely recommend.

The team does a great job.

I have some suggestions. 1. You should be able to go into the office to pick up pills. If you can go into a doctor s office or grocery store....etc. Why have us waiting in the parking lot along with and competing with other customers who are there for pet visits. 2. There should be more than one phone line. If it s an emergency you shouldn t be put on hold!!! 3. Don t have staff use personal cellphones to call you while you re waiting in the parking lot.If you don t recognize the number, you may not answer the phone. 4.If you have to leave a message on answering machine, it takes a long time for it to get checked and a call returned.

I enjoy this office, they are very caring, but I sure do wish these COVID restrictions would end. I know it’s not the offices fault and it’s for safety, but I miss going in with my pup.

Just happy that Dr. Meghan is there for my pet. I can t rave about her enough.
