Understandably busy, so scheduling and the wait time can be difficult. But again, it’s a very busy clinic! The kindness and expertise from ALL of the staff makes any wait worth it!!! Truly appreciate the care and compassion we receive at Cayuga Vet, from reception to techs and doctors.

Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us while Bella was in a mood and didn t want to come inside for her blood work.

I would like to thank the whole staff for the extra patience they showed in dealing with Asia and the special time they had with her as we know she can be a handful thanks again ??????

I was unhappy that I need to make a separate appointment for the nail trim. I understand it’s uncomfortable for my pup but she’s never been good with nail trims and the meds barely make a difference. I’d rather just get her in there and have everything done I stead of making and paying for a whole appointment that’s going to be traumatic for her anyway.

You do an excellent job taking care of Coconut. He loves going there, which makes things so much easier.

I really like this vet office. Everyone from the people who answer the phone, the vet techs and the vet are top notch as far as I am concerned. I do miss being able to be with my pet when being seen by the vet.

Please consider keeping the curbside option. It works very well for us. I do not like having my dogs in the waiting area and having to worry about other animals coming in/out. Neither particularly like going to the vet so staying in the car until it’s their turn reduces their anxiety. Keep up the great work. As always very satisfied with the care our dogs receive!

Don’t get in to see the office ... wondering why? I go doctor’s office and my dentist’s office, why not the Vet!?!?!

Waited in my car for 1hour and 15 minutes for staff to take my dog. MD was coming out to other cars to speak to family but called me, never came to my car as she did with others. Also was not really impressed with MD ..we love Dr Dale and will still come to him but I will be calling and requesting that we do not see MD that we had..don’t even know her name. I understand wait times are longer but there was only a few cars in the parking lot.

I appreciated Dr Jones explaining my cats issues & answering my questions. Very professional & easy to talk to.

It would be really helpful to be able to go in with my animal. Not sure why were are still not able to go in. Everyone is able to get the vaccine now, so not sure why this is not allowed?

Cant answer last question was in my car. I know we couldnt come in but would have like to talk to vet in person not over phone.

It was easy to be seen in this instance, as we were able to have a technician appointment only. We are still waiting to get our new puppy in to be seen as seeing the vet was booking 4 weeks out. That wait seems a bit long when there are booster shots that need to be done and the fear a parvo in a dog so young. We also absolutely dread going to the vet while we are unable to go inside with our dog. In this particular appointment the vet allowed us to stay outside for the appointment as our dog would not allow her to take her inside without us. With COVID cases on the decline, moving back to appointments with pet parents in attendance is vital. It may be easier to not have us present, but it causes much stress on both the dog and the pet parent to continue this practice.

Everything has been great when I bring my pets in. There is a longer waiting time, but that’s understandable due to needing different workflows due to the Covid pandemic. I have a family member and a friend who both were not able to get in to have their pet seen for an emergency. I would like to suggest possibly finding a way to be more flexible around this type of situation. Thanks!

It takes tooo long for staff to come and get your pet when office opens at 8 am then they should be out to get your pet not at 8:10

It would be much more convenient to have an emergency vet locally available at all times instead of being referred to a long distance facility.It could be a matter of life and death for a pet!
