I understand the shortage of vets and vet techs but somehow someway the Auburn area and Cayuga County deserve a 24 hour animal hospital! Just venting something you all already know. Thanks

The vet and the vet tech, sorry I don t remember the names, were both very friendly and explained in detail what was going on. Also, the new facility is looking awesome.

Just that animal health care has gotten soooo expensive ...3 animals well visits almost $600! $200 per ...kind of getting so everyone will not be able to afford an animal or not have it cared for as well as it should be.but I also realize it is a business too that requires expensive machines and such.... but just thoughts to ponder

it is too difficult to get an appointment if needed right away. My dog s condition cannot wait 3 weeks to be addressed

Dr. Megan was so thorough in her explanation and her bedside manner is just excellent. My experience at Cayuga veterinary services so far has been overwhelmingly positive and exceeds my expectations. We’re looking forward to surgery later this month with Dr. Ottosen, who has also been absolutely wonderful to speak with on the phone. Both doctors treat you like you’re the only patient in the world when you’re there. I can’t say enough! Thank you so much!

I understand the need to keep patients moving but the checkout process seemed a little rushed and I didn’t get to ask the questions I wanted to.

Everyone was and always has been absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Megan is the best!!! I just wish it wasn’t quite so expensive. I wanted to have the senior exam done on my dog and I just couldn’t afford it.

Did not go inside. Dr Echols, the vet techs and staff are superb! Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Hard to get my dog in to be seen. Good care when we finally got an appointment. Not all of us have a way to get to an Emergency vet facility. I wonder how many pets don t make it due to the delay. Vets should leave a couple time slots open for the inevitable pet illnesses.

It took over two weeks to get in. It was routine, so I have to presume if I needed urgent care for my dog, I’d get in quicker! I didn’t sleep for any explanations about billing.long time client, so I know their policies.

Vet needs to follow through with instructions and information she said she would give me re: pets caloric needs and food choices. She was rushed during the appt. I understand the office is busy BUT I felt we were in the way and I ve never had that experience here before.

Due to COVID was not let in so did not spend time with provider. A day later provider did call with results and went into detail extremely satisfied with that. Again with COVID was not allowed to go into facilities so could not rate for cleanliness, etc.

The billing was not explained at all. Two medications were given to us and we were charged for them even after we said we did not want them. We were not aware of it until we got home and looked in the bag we were given. Getting an appointment has been extremely difficult. The staff was friendly and the hospital was very clean. We understand the difficult situation that the veterinary field is in. I would like to add that there is an added stress level for pet owners as well. We can no longer count on our veterinarians to care for our pets when they are sick or injured.

It is VERY difficult to get an appointment for your animal(s) in a timely manner. My poor cat passed away bc not one vet could get him in except one and by then it was too late. There should be emergency call slots on top of regular visits. But even regular visits I had to wait over a month for my dog. And maybe it is bc I have been lucky and not needed many visits but this bill seemed outrages. Almost $400 for a routine visit, meds, lab work. I otherwise love this place. But I am not sure I can keep going here if this keeps up. :-( And I know COVID stuff but even with regulations relaxed if vaccinated, you had to wait in car, wear a mask, go back to car.... seems excessive now IF you are vaccinated. Just my opinion. You do you.

Worked great with Chance. Staff were so patient and kind to him. He was so fearful and scared.

We had a fantastic first-time experience. So impressed in so many ways: convenience, cost, caring…and the most relaxed I have ever seen my dog…

COVID restrictions which do not allow for more than 1 person to come in are inconvenient but we understand facilities right to implement what they determine is right for their business.

As always Dr Meghan is absolutely amazing with both the fur babies and their humans.
