I was glad I was able to get into the office this time. It was nice being able to meet the doctor. My only wish is that it were easier to get an appointment. Maybe a time to talk to the doctor over the phone to get questions answered would be something you could offer, or a patient portal like I have with my doctor. JWB

Always a pleasant experience

We left your office very upset. First of all, it is extremely inconvenient that only one person can go in at a time. Zoey has two very vested parents who usually do this sort of thing together. If we had both been in on the visit I think it would have gone better. This was our first time here, so we did not have a preference for a doctor, but I can 100% say I will not return to see the doctor we had. Not only was she standoffish, which made Zoey even more nervous, she made wild accusations about her breed and her behavior, even recommending behavior therapy and meds. After being with Zoey so briefly this was surprising and deeply unprofessional. We are 100% aware about Zoey s action when it comes to getting her nails done. When I made the appointment I said that if there was any pushback not to do it. On top of this, the vet made my husband administer one of the meds to her by mouth because she was too afraid to do it herself? We have never had an experience like this with a vet who is so standoffish from our dog. We are likely not going to return, but if we do I have already requested not to see this vet again. Extremely disappointed.

Always happy with the service

If vaccinated I feel mom and dad should be able to be in the room. Also, I would like see on my printed receipt what vaccines/tests are due next and when they are due. Other then that I was highly impressed with the staff and facility

It is hard to get an appointment if you need one quickly. I would like to get our new cat fixed as soon as possible as we have another cat already in the home. Can t get new cat in until very end of November. Disappointed with that.

everything was perfect except on this survey i hit the excellent star but nothing happened all 7 questions were 5 stars

Thought the time I had to wait to go in was too long. Dogs get anxious sitting in a parked car and 25 minutes felt like 2 hours

Very happy with visit

Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate the time they took to answer all my questions and how they treated my cats.

Thoroughly appreciate the service I receive at Cayuga Veterinary Services. It bummed me out that I was on time for my appointment and waited over a half an hour before someone came to my car. It would have helped a lot if I had been told either when I spoke on the phone to check in or with a text that things were running late.

I was so very grateful for the option of an emergency visit and Dr. Megan is amazing. I appreciate her kindness, care and compassion while educating and explaining everything. Molly is acting more like herself, has stopped vomiting and is coughing much less. Thank you for your wonderful care!

Can t thank you enough for your professional but very warm and caring approach to working with my freaked out cat Leonard. I have no complaints -- only apologies! I hope Tiffany s wound is healing up fast.

The new doctor was very informative and talked in length about Winston’s health.she was very friendly.the staff at Cayuga vets have always treated me and my pets amazing
