Dr. Rejba was absolutely wonderful to my cat during her checkup! A lot of the time vets treat cats (behaviorally) like they are just smaller dogs, but Dr. Rejba was clearly experienced with interacting with cats and made my cat feel comfortable in a cat-oriented and cat-specific way. I d love to visit her again the next time I come to Frontier!

I was impressed with Dr. Buddin. He was very friendly and was very gentle with my cat. I appreciatd his knowledge of my cat’s eye issues as well as his teeth and mouth issues. He was very thorough and I look forward to continuing to see him. I would like to point out that on the last remiinder emial I received from your office the day before my cat’s appointment it clearly stated that masks are required. when I arrived many pet parents were not wearing masks, although all your staff was. I questioned this, perhaps a bit aggressively, since I am immune suppressed and had I known that masks were not required I would of had another family member bring my cat to his appointment. Please correct ALL of your communications so that there is no misunderstanding in the future.

The checking out process is very slow. My animals do not do well at the vet and I don’t like to be there any longer than I have to be and when I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for somebody to come into the exam room to check me out, I think it’s a little ridiculous.

I’m always very happy with the care my pet receives and personal attention to every detail to have our appointment go smoothly and with ease. The veterinarian and assistants show kindness and compassion to my pet and myself. I appreciate all the services and have been grateful for their care.

Dr seemed fairly impersonal right off the bat - paid little mind to our pup until further into our appointment. This was the first time we saw this Dr and it was the first time we’d ever experienced this with Frontier, almost like he was ignoring our dog until all the business was out of the way. Perhaps that’s just his style but we would have loved to have our pup interacted with right away, like he usually is with the other Drs we’ve seen. Once all talk was complete, he gave lots of positive attention to our dog - it was just the introduction and beginning of the appointment that seemed off. Overall, we love Frontier and recommend it to everyone we know looking for a good vet :)

Doctor seemed to throw the kitchen sink in terms of medicating the symptoms before really knowing what the issue was, which ended up in hundreds of dollars out of pocket that didn t need to be spent.

Love it! One recommendation might be to have a timeframe for picking up prescriptions. So for example when I Called I was told “when the service techs come in and get it filled. It will be ready sometime today and they will text you” Any chances of suggesting a 2 hours window so people have a better timeframe. Thank you for asking. This is by far the best veterinary office we have ever been to. All the staff is super nice and friendly.

The only real problem I see is that there is too much patient load for the staff or too little staff for the number of pets needing care. That may resolve in a couple of years as the work force stabilizes. I would like to get appointments for preventative care sooner and to be able to have one vet as primary--one who knows what my critter sounds like and feels like and what s normal for him; hopefully we ll get back to that as the vet-to-patient load evens out.

All was good until I called to see if test results were back yet as to if maya has a lipoma or cancer and you have results but I have waited. 3.5 hours and no call, called again and was told they may get back to me today, service here gets worse everytime, and we have been with you for over 12 years.
