We have been with Frontier for approx 10 to 12 years and we have always been happy with the care they show our pets, especially when it was time for us to let them go. Our first 2 cats lived a very long life with the regular care of Frontier and now our 2 teenage boy cats are getting the same loving care. We appreciate all Frontier does for our furbabies.

Dr. Jill Palmer was wonderful! Compassionate and informative, she took excellent care of my sweet Lab. Highly recommend Frontier Vet and Dr. Palmer!

As Chlo’es advocate, the staff listen to my comments and her changes in personality as she matures into an adult cat. They don’t cut me off or seem disinterested , but listen caringly and give suggestions in the interest of her health.

I have never received my follow up info on all the many test results that were done. Even though I have called (I had to leave a message since no one answers the phone) and asked for them. I can t even start the meds I bought ($156 I believe they cost) until I get the heartworm test results. Kinda sucks!!

Frontier always makes me feel listened to and like they truly care about my pet. They always call to check in and make sure everything is going ok after appointments and procedures and I really appreciate them. We recommend frontier to everyone!

Frontier has the best doctors and staff!!

I was shocked to be treated so poorly by the tech who greeted me. There was a glitch in your system. I had received confirmation of my 10:45 appointment and arrived at 10:43. They thought I should have been there at 10:30. They were not going to reschedule me for the same week unless I could PROVE to them that it was 10:45–a rather extreme approach even if I had been in the wrong. When I finally showed them the text saying 10:45 in it, they rescheduled me for the next day (why not just give me the benefit of the doubt to begin with?) To as insult to injury, she cut me off when I showed her the time stamp and said she couldn’t talk to me because she needed to take the new patient dog (who was taking my pre-paid slot back. (She had told me to show her the text if I found it.) I am still baffled why they couldn’t give me common courtesy and the benefit of the doubt and demean me to the status of a no-show Instead of a legitimate glitch. The following day when the doctor apologized I tried to give this legitimate feedback as a customer and she didn’t see to differentiate between a minor miscommunication vs. a no-show. This is our fourth negative experience since the pandemic. We are saddened at the lower customer service. We do understand the strain on your system but would request that staff still treat customers as valued rather than the ones to push the brunt of the challenges you are facing. Thank you.

Frontier has taken care of3 past kitties and now is taking care of my fourth cat. I trust their care and guidance when Kittie is not feeling well or needs help. Thank you Frontier.

Cost is increasing drastically.

My parents used your clinic for all their pet needs for years. It is nice to be with a vet clinic they trusted for their pets. You were the only clinic that would help me with two new kittens during Covid. Thank you is not enough to say. I look forward to a long relationship with Frontier Veterinary Hospital.
