As always, I was very happy with the treatment that my pet received and the gentleness and kindness with which he was treated! The vet tech who gave him his vaccines and trimmed his nails made the entire experience go very well for both of us. My only wish would be that you would reinstate stand alone nail trim appointments! The vet techs here are the only ones I’ve been able to find who do a great job with his black nails and long veins. Appreciate it so much!

Dr Tolson is very kind and gentle with my kitty. I appreciate being able to get Jazzy in to see her quickly.

5 stars to all! We did have to wait a little long to cash out, (10-15minutes) but other than that, we are always happy w the staff and care level of the doctors.

Always a pleasure bringing my pet here. The doctors and nurses (vet techs?) are always very gentle with my nervous dog. I especially liked the doctor who examined Apollo this time. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I also can t remember the name of the vet tech who took Apollo back, but I can only imagine she was very kind and loving to him. He left the room a nervous wreck and came back calm and happy, which is never easy when he has to get shots. Thank you so much to your team!

I wish the other blood panels would’ve been explained. I feel like the doctor ordered the most expensive test without explaining my options.

Not sure if the hospital environment refers to the exam rooms or an area behind the scenes. The exam rooms are comfortable and clean, and give my dog plenty of places to explore.

New front desk staff. One was very rigid in approach and not the usual warm friendly welcome we are used to. Our visits are usually stressful due to our traumatized dog so friendliness and helpfulness is very appreciated.

I think you have a really great establishment but scheduling is always kind of a pain and I spoke to the receptionist about calling me back when she was not busy and she never called For my scheduling

The staff has always been very professional and yet personally accommodating to us and our cat, Lily.

I just love how amazing all the staff is and how helpful they are, this includes doctors, techs, front desk, literally everyone who I have ever met there has been so wonderful!

My friends and family could not afford your prices for service. It cost more to take a pet to the vet than it does for a human to go to the Dr. People are less likely to seek care for there pets.

I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Budden is. He looked over our dog s chart and knew her history upon entering the exam room. He was understanding to my wishes to wait on further testing. He showed our pup lots of love and gave her plenty of treats. He was on time and the appointment went quickly. We appreciate his follow through with extra information needed via email. The front staff was very welcoming and brought us right back. The other medical staff were also very friendly and helped us get out of there in good time. Thank you Frontier Staff!
