Absolutely love Dr Jenny Beedle - she takes such good care of all her patients.

The staff was kind and courteous. We always enjoy taking our pets in, and feel like they re very well cared for.

My return phone call was rather condescending. I realize my questions may seem trite but I need to know how I am to proceed with proper care. The person I spoke with acquiesced after I explained I had lost my 33 year old QH dressage horse on Monday and I’m losing my 13 year rescue Yorkie tomorrow. It’s not been a great week so having someone take the time to explain your email procedure and worm med protocol with empathy would have been appreciated. I don’t need hand holding but a little thoughtfulness would have gone a long way to solidifying our veterinary relationship.

Frontier always answers all my questions, while I’m there and via email and text! I’m always very appreciative for what you do for my pets and how well they are treated when they are there. Thank you for everything you do to keep my pets healthy!

After exam was complete I once again waited a very long time (>15min) in the exam room for someone to show up and allow me to pay my bill so I can leave.

Dr. Rejba was very patient with Luna. She answered all my questions and allowed me to help out in making sure that Luna was calm. I talked to two techs and they were both cheerful and also answered some questions I had.

It’s always a bit confusing when you take my cat back to get his shots, etc, as to where I should wait to pay, and then where to wait until he’s done being in the back. Just a bit confusing. Other than that, your office has always been a wonderful! Thank you!

The vet that I had this time, I’ve never seen her before. I’m not sure if I can pronounce her name, but she had an accent. I really like her. She was very thorough and you could tell that she really cared about my cat. She called me the next morning with the results of my cats blood test, x-rays and ultrasound. She explained everything to me in a manner in which I could understand.

When I am calling back to ask a question, the options are hard for me to navigate, I go thru all the options, and none pertained to me and can’t get an operator at the end of it all.

Why is it necessary to charge extra for emergency visits? With a sick pet these days the last thing one needs is an additional charge.
