First time there and we were extremely happy with your care

On a Sunday we called at 8am about our very sick puppy,we were able to take him at 10am. We feel confident with the staff.

Dr Marcus is wonderful

Evan is an incredibly kind and understanding tech who provides care for Charlie. Charlie is a rescue who suffers from anxiety and has fear aggression. Evan compassionately and expertly cared for Charlie on each visit. Means the world to us!

This was my first time here and from the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. The building was clean and warm. We felt right at home and will be making this our new vet! :-) Our Dr.Rejika (sp?) was so kind to our kitty!

I was nervous for my baby duke, but the staff was profesional and care with my dog. They explained everything to me in details. Up to now, I would recommend my friends and family here. Doctor didn t update Chances weight, previously was 67.4, at the visit on 9/28 it was 60.4. He s very self conscious of his weight...

I had previously called and emailed about sedating my dog fully for his exam. The doctor and I discussed his past and the medications used currently and that failed in the past and that sedation was my preference to make the appointment less traumatic for everyone involved. He wanted to try without first and as expected he agreed sedation would be best… but then wasn’t able to accommodate it and we had to reschedule. While I understand things happen, it’s very frustrating that after continuous communication about preference for sedation and informed consent ahead of time that at the appointment it then couldn’t be done. It just wastes my time and your guy’s when he can’t finish the exam and preparations weren’t adequately set for him ahead of time. We are trying again this Monday and I’m hopeful that sedation will just be done to minimize stress/risk for all parties. This just keeps happening to us at every vet, and the drugs and dosage tweaks never work and all of them draw the conclusion of sedation but then delay it which as a doctoral student with a rigid schedule, resources and money doesn’t work with. I understand the hesitation of the vets for sedation - but his medical history and owner/decision maker indicate that sedation is the option of least harm in order to get his required visits accomplished without further enforcing issues. We do lots of training and desensitization work, but at the end of the day the exam is triggering for him due to previous negligent vet experiences and it’s safest for everyone to just trust the owner, we know OUR dogs best (sometimes). Overall the staff and environment is great! One of the best bet experiences we have had thus far besides the lack of preparation. I look forward to the more positive interactions to come!

Had to wait too long past appointment time or would have given 5 stars for question #4. Lost confidence that the vet knew what he was doing with my dog that has complicated medical issues, and did not coordinate previous medical results.
