Don’t try to add every possible test when not needed.

The team was so helpful. Our puppy had diarrhea, started vomiting, and wouldn’t drink water. I have never been so worried in my life! As a first time dog owner it’s easy to overreact or stress too much, but the team was SO quick to help. I called at 8am, right when they opened, and they got me in immediately. They ran tests, gave him fluids and medicine and gave me amazing advice to help him feel better and take care of him when we got home. A week later and thanks to them, our pup is back to normal. Without seeing them I would’ve had no idea how to handle the situation. Thank you for your urgency and care!

Prices have increased too much. Nail trims $38.00 seems overpriced. I will not go to any other vet. Been a customer many many years. Very informative visit.

This was my first time taking my own animal to the vet and they made sure I knew the treatment plan, what may be needed and made sure that that I understood everything they were saying along with everything I needed to do to help my pet get better. Made me feel very confident in the care my pets were getting and will be getting in the future

The entire staff was friendly, caring, and welcoming! It was so great to have people who seem to truly care about my pet and want to help me take care of her. It was nice not to be asked to have unnecessary tests done. The vet was reassuring and knowledgeable. In this time when it is hard to get a vet appointment, it was nice to go to a vet that takes time to get to know me and Harley (my puppy) and didn t rush through the appointment to get to the next one.

We ve known Dr Jenny Beedle since January 25, 2013 and we will never see another doctor for our fur baby needs! Dr Beedle showed real compassion that day when we took my boyfriends fathers dog in for an emergency. We unfortunately had to put him down that day but it was the same day of my great uncles funeral. So that day was extra hard for me. We have and will always consider Dr Beedle part of our family! I will always recommend Dr Jenny Beedle to everyone I meet because she ROCKS and is the BEST!!!

I noticed a large increase in my cost which would turn me away from recommending you to family and friends. I also didn t like that I had to pay to reserve my appointments. We have been at Frontier since 2004 and I feel like Frontier is not what it was prior.

We have been to Frontier several times and had positive experiences. This was our first time seeing Dr. Yelena Kryukova. Her bedside manner was terrible. She was very stern. My dog could feel it and was anxious, which clearly irritated the doctor. She didn’t listen to me and she made statements but didn’t explain them. My dog and I both left stressed. We will give Frontier another try, but we won’t see her.

Thought we overdid Jenny s first visit. Too many shots, procedures at once. My fault. Took her several days to recover. Waiting for lab results, but she seems fine. Wouldn t take a pet anywhere else.

Frontier was able to fit us in the same day with our urgent issue with our kitty. They were able to treat her facial abscess successfully. I was very happy with their manner both toward myself and my cat.

I appreciate the doctor calling in the morning to review what was going to happen and then calling afterward to let me know how things went.

Unsure whether the system accepted my ALL EXCELLENT selections as the stars remained consistent even when I clicked on them. The team is always outstanding. They greet me with the welcoming smiles and take the time to answer all of my questions. I so appreciate each of you. Thank you!

Dr. Reyba and all of the Frontier staff have been so wonderful every time I ve brought in my pets. They re so understanding and patient, and answer all of my questions while treating my animals with care and compassion. I recommend them to anyone I know with pets!
