Service was quite professional while at the same time being very friendly and engaging.

My fiancé and I felt very frustrated after this previous visit with our puppy (Riker. It was a tech visit in which we gave Riker trazodone prior to the appointment. It apparently was not enough trazodone to get labs drawn, we had a range dose to give him and since it was his first time we gave the lower end of the dose. Instead of the tech asking how much trazodone we gave him we were told it wasn’t enough and that he needed another medication on top of the trazodone. We weren’t told what our dog was doing in the back that was the issue. Was he whining and pulling his paw away like a normal dog would do? Was he being aggressive? How sedated does he need to be to get the labs drawn?? And instead of offering to try just increasing the trazodone we should give him increased trazodone and gabapentin?? On top of this frustration, we were also told our dog had lost some weight between this weight check and the previous check. This is something we should be worried about apparently, but when asked if the doctor would like to make an appointment to discuss this, we were told no. The doctor is concerned about his weight drop but isn’t concerned enough to make an appointment?? We have mentioned his picky eating and issues getting him to eat full meals since he was 3 months old, but have never gotten any advice. So now he’s lost weight which we should be concerned about but again no advice on what to do to help our dog. This appointment left my fiancé and I very frustrated with Frontier and unsure if our dog is getting the care he deserves.

I had a great visit with my cat. They are always very kind to my kitty.

Dakoda only got a shot. He did not see a doctor . I must give big kudos for your wonderful receptionist who was awesome in helping me with getting Dakodas shot. She was very kind, upbeat, proactive and helpful.

Thanks for the people treats, and the nice niches in the exam room that my kitty felt comfortable hiding in.

a back feet nail trim seemed a little expensive for a two minute procedure at $38. with a scheduled wellness appointment

Prices are excessively high. Over $50 for anal gland expression is excessive.

My cat was very ill (terminal) and everyone was empathetic and helpful. I was offered a demo on giving her subcutaneous fluids which I declined as I had done it for a previous cat. I would have benefited from a quick primer on the plug in the buprofenene bottle. It took me a while to figure out how it worked. The syringe was also different from what I have used before (in reading the volume). Thank all of you again for helping me with this very difficult time

Usually the staff gives my dog treats. It s not a big deal that they didn t but it helps my dog enjoy his visit a little more. Plus, the vet said he needed to gain weight. I feel like the info on my dog s upcoming care was just thrown at us. I have 3 different emails for different procedures with estimates and they are all confusing. I m going to call to get it straightened out but I should have a better idea of what I am looking at.

All of the vets at this clinic are fantastic! My dog loves going because she gets so much attention!

Always a pleasant experience coming here. The only thing I’d change is the scheduling. It’d be nice to set appointments months in advance, but that’s just because of my screwed up schedule haha. I’ve been to a few vets but Frontier feels like they care more than the rest. I’m very happy with the service I receive

Your prices have gotten out of control. The service fees are way up but the exorbitant cost for the prescriptions is ridiculous. You have lost an 8 year customer in me.

I very much appreciated Dr Beedle calling me about my cat’s test results on a day she wasn’t at the clinic.

I didn’t feel heard and I believe I was charged for a service that was not performed. The vet looked to be having a bad day and lacked compassion

I was amazed at how attentive and kind the staff and the Dr. were. And the Dr. was fantastic with my anxious kitty. I wish I had changed vets sooner!

I would request a diffident veterinarian. I feel DR Budden was not warm and as as caring as other vets I’ve seen in the past. I will definitely request a different Doctor next time I take my dog in.

Last month I was surprised that the charge for the service that I have been doing in for jumped by so much. I think it went from $39 to $50+. That is a very large increase without notice
