My appointment for my cat went well.......didn t have to wait too long. The vet was friendly and ready to answer questions.

all the information provided to me by the vet was useful and reassuring. thank you. i enjoy bringing my dog here even if she doesn t enjoy it lol

Prices are high but so is everything else. I wish services rendered were explained a little better. I am happy with them overall.

The staff was very informative and gave superior service to our new puppy and answered all of our questions about proper care.

I really liked the vet I met with. So often I have felt that the balance I walk between good dog care and the cost for the same was not respected. But the vet did. The fee was reasonable and I got my questions answered. I hope to have her again.

You guys are very friendly. But.. The one thing that bothers me about Frontier is how easily diagnostics are suggested without any regard for price for non-emergencies. I’m sure there must be a bit more clever ways to diagnose without suggesting a series of tests that will outright cost 1000-2000 dollars outright. Right? I love my cat but this place makes me feel SO guilty every single time I visit because every time I being up a concern, I’m expected to spend thousands to resolve it. No step by step approach at all and then a weird look when I bring up a concern for cost. Do people actually not have concerns for costs today? I just wish this clinic was a bit more considerate. While I may be able to afford the tests needed when they’re actually needed, being asked to spend over 2K after a short 20 minute visit is kind of ridiculous. At least recommend follow up behavioral check and records???? Also When an emergency does happen, there are no actual appointments.

Your services are too expensive

I brought my dog in after she had passed away to be cremated. I called before I came in and the girl that answered the phone was very compassionate and really took her time to help me during a difficult time. When I got there she was still very compassionate and empathetic and she got me into a room right away. I want to thank her as I may have come off a little rude or unappreciative when I was trying to hold back emotions. Thank you so much!

Really like doing so much right in the exam rooms. The table and seating were both wobbly felt a little low rent. Love Dr Rejba

I would recommend to friends, but I would let them know how expensive it is.

All of the medical staff at Frontier Vet are very helpful and friendly! Our primary vet, Dr. Rejba, always takes such good care of our dog who suffers from high anxiety. She is always able to put him at ease and make him feel calmer during his exams.

My cat got a much needed shave due to her hair being matted. They did a great job!

The vet who worked with Dash was gentle and kind. Dash is always anxious during appointments. and her care was very much appreciated.

I was very happy with the appointment. The vet explained everything to me and took great care of my kitty.

After not being able to get to an appt at our previous vet, I called to several vets and thankfully you guys had an opening. From the first call to walking out, everyone was so friendly. one of the cleanest clinics I have been to.

On 1/4, a reminder was sent to me for Gracie to have annual exam & annual parasite screen. However when I had the appointment on 2/2, the vet stated there was nothing else to do but the exam. So no parasite screen was done. I didn t realize this until I got home & looked at the email. Then I just received a post card to remind me that Gracie is due for an appointment. Once again it states Gracie is due for a parasite screen. I don t understand why this was not done at the original appointment on 2/2. I would make another appointment for this screen but I can t afford it. Please get back to me about this.

We continue to be very pleased with the service received. It is obvious the staff at Frontier care about our pets and their wellbeing. Thank you for taking such good care of our kitties!
