Dr. Beedle is the kindest most compassionate vet I have ever had. She is so wonderful with Maggie Mae and communicates so well with us. Maddi is a true joy and we look forward to seeing her on our visits. She truly loves animals and is so caring. I really like the pre-visit questionnaire and hope that continues when the horrible pandemic is over. It is sometimes hard to remember something you want to communicate with the vet when you are there for the visit. Probably saves time for staff and the vet as well. AGAIN, Frontier Vet is absolutely the best and we appreciate you so much!!

This was my first time with curbside service. The written instructions were a little different so it was kind of confusing. It said the signs would have Toby s name on it and follow instructions. The instructions were fine, but you had numbers. I parked somewhere else and called so I didn t park somewhere I shouldn t be.

Waited over an hour for my dog’s nail trim. Completely understand emergency’s happen and that those need to come first, but waiting an hour for a nail trim seemed excessive. It would’ve been better to ask me to reschedule.

I have no problem with the changes made due to COVID-19. Reminders of vaccines and check-ups coming due come with plenty of notice. Several reminders are sent, so scheduling has not been a problem for any of my pets. I ve called to check on new procedures and the young ladies who answer the phone have been very helpful so that I know exactly how to do things. The parking spot signs explain what needs to be texted. It seems like a very efficient way to see patients. I m very happy that my pets can continue to receive excellent care during these very strange times.

Although going to the vet during these challenging times is so different, the staff at Frontier did their best to make the experience as welcoming as possible. Dropping off your pet isn t easy but they did a great job of taking care of my cat. Thank you so much!!

Jessie went above and beyond to help with the microchip servicing agent so I knew what I needed to do to get his chip under our name. And, Dr. Palmer was fantastic as always. Maddi was his tech and she was super sweet when bringing him out to me. Thank you everyone!
