Simone is exceptional in her pet and customer care, she is knowledgeable, attentive, and so expert in handling our big dogs! They love her! She is a real asset! Thank you Simone!

I love how comfortable I feel leaving my service dog at this clinic. Because she is a medical alert dog, my life, literally, depends on my dog, and it is a relief having a vet knowing she will be safe - although this visit was not for her, put for our pet dog, it wouldn t have any other vet.

I was so pleased and relieved after I took my dog in, she was in such pain and that night/next morning she was so much better. They vet and his techs were so friendly! Thank you guys for being able to get my dog in right away and the cost was very reasonable.

We were put on a waiting list for dental cleaning. We were contactcted within a few days to be scheduled and the first appointment was just a couple weeks out. Not a very long wait at all. Thank you to all the staff who take such good care of us and our fur babies.

We waited in our car for over 40 minutes. Things were backed up, but slightly annoying with a very scared cat in a carrier in the back of a warm car.

I fully understand the circumstances but am someone who likes important conversations face to face so I felt a little rushed on the phone and didn t want to hold up the appt while I tried to process the situation as things were being explained. I would have liked a copy of the estimate so I could see how it related to the final bill and don t appreciate having to give my card # over the phone prior to services rendered. the staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming. I would be happy to refer others to your office

The new COVID-19 drop off policy works well, as does the real-time phone consultation.

When I called to schedule an appointment for my dog, I assumed they would schedule it with his primary provider, but I guess he was not. If I would have known this while making the appointment, I would have scheduled it at another time when my primary vet was available because I like her and think it would provide continuity of care.

Only thing is that I was 15 minutes early and you guys were 30 minutes late and that s a long time for my dog to wait in the car. She was super antsy and making all kinds of noise the last 15 minutes. Also when I called to make the appointment, they didn t tell me it was curbside. I completely understand, I just would like to have known I d be in the car for an hour and 45 minutes ahead of time. Other than that, it was great. My poor dog needs all kinds of expensive surgery and $100 pills, but I got some more information and alternatives for the meantime and I was satisfied with the info I got.
