This was my first visit and it was conducted professionally, efficiently and with great kindness. I really appreciate the steps Frontier is taking to protect the health of their employees and customers alike. Really glad we chose this place as our vet hospital!

It would be nice to hand off the dog to a person around the plastic screen instead of the ‘wall leash’ system.

Super friendly reception staff, and Dr. Palmer was knowledgeable, calm and clear. I appreciated the time taken to explain things and be open to additional questions.

Curbside check-in was easier than expected. We are very excited to be able to come back!

I am so blessed to have found Frontier and Dr Beedle has been awesome. I was so stressed with recently moving to the area, having a geriatric kitty that needed treatment and in the middle of a pandemic. Now I have a place I can trust which is huge. Thank you!!

The only “problem” I had was the 30 minute wait between checking in and being texted to bring in my cat. I would have appreciated a text saying they knew we were waiting & would be in as soon as possible.

It would be nice to receive the pre-visit questionnaire as a survey rather than an email form. But appreciate all the effort in adapting to the new COVID process.

My dog bit one of your vet techs and we weren’t notified until hours after. Please contact me right away when something like that happens. I’m very sorry it happened but next I’d like to know before my dog leaves the vet. And we will be buying a muzzle for him so it doesn’t happen again.

I would never recommend frontier to anyone and I would never bring my baby here again. They did not diagnose his urinary blockage and then when I brought him back because his symptoms worsened they denied him treatment and we had to take him to tanasbourne emergency to get help where he spent 3 days. This is the worst vet I have ever been to and I will be telling everyone I know how terrible this place is. I will also be telling my vet to not recommend you to anyone in the future.

Everything including all of the questions above were absolutely impeccable. I felt so much better after visiting your hospital.

Wait time was longer on this visit even though we had a scheduled appointment in advance.

If possible, giving an estimated wait time along with initial text check-in would be nice. (e.g. we re behind schedule, the doctor will invite you in within the next 20 minutes)

You recorded Dory’s weight as 4 pounds, however she is a year old cat and actually weighs 9 pounds.

Doctor Jill Palmer is the most amazing Vet! I can’t in with my very sick German Shepard and she did everything she could plus 100% more! Take your loving animals to her you will be thanking me!

We got lost a bit in the changeover I believe. Came to pick up our dog after nueter at 2pm didn t get him until 3pm. I think they forgot about us. Staff was very nice and apologetic about mix up...even gave a starbucks gift card which was nice. I m not upset...just leaving the feedback to be helpful.

While waiting in the car for my pups it would have been nice to have a cold bottle of water. I only tease your service is always top notch and I could not imagine ever going somewhere else. Thank you to the entire team.
