The only problems I noted from our visit are that if you don t have a cell phone, it s a real pain. I had to wait standing in the lot until a vet tech came by and then ask her to advise the office I d arrived. Dr. Tollson did come out at the end of our visit, but I had thought of some- hing else and it couldn t really be worked in at that point. Otherwise, the care seems excellent and that s the main reason for coming.

I’ve been taking my dog Elwood to frontier for almost 5 years, and I can honestly say they are the best vets I’ve even known. The staff is kind and wonderful and Dr. Hunt is always great with my dog.

Although I spoke extensively with the Dr. during the exam, the promised next day after visit call did not happen. I had a couple questions and there was some confusion with reception & curbside staff as to whether or not medication had been prescribed. Not a huge deal and I know things are difficult with the current situation. Other than this small issue, everyone I spoke with was great and as a new & worried pet parent I very much appreciated Frontier getting my Kitty in to see the Dr the same day I called.

I was dropping off for boarding. The process worked well but it took a little longer than I expected. it was 22 minutes from the time I first texted till I was instructed to bring the cats to the front door. I had all my forms already completed. It wasn t a problem but just longer than I had expected to wait.

Good clinic. Nice people. Only complaint I have is about too many emails and regular mail saying I need to make an appointment. When I called them they said I was last in January 26 th. Was not so. Had only been a few months. Brought my cat in for a checkup anyway. Dr. Said it was not that long but checked her anyway.

My cat and I waited for 23 minutes,granted I had the air on, it was still uncomfortable. I then had to sit in the car for another 20 minutes during the appointment. I know you guys are doing your best and I get it. Not a huge deal,however maybe let the pets in the door at appointment time. Thanks for all you do! Stay safe
