I think there should be more support for first time dog parents. I felt the exam discussion for a first exam was rushed. No chance to ask questions and not all answers on my form answered. Maybe there could be a better time for those first exams when the clinic is not open for rush hour exams. Maybe early mornings or late in the evenings?

Please consider editing your appointment email. IMO, it is too long and too repetitive. The email should be short, clear, and direct. Stick with one special font to highlight key info; the mishmash of CAPS, BOLDFACE CAPS, underlined boldface, and red boldface is odd. You want people to focus on the message and not be scratching our heads to figure out if red or boldface or underlined words are most important. (Lucky for you, this form doesn t have boldface,underlining, or colors ;-)

Excellent care for my dog. I’ve been to a couple of other vets in the area and by far this has been my best experience.

Thank you so much for the care and and understanding of our recently adopted skittish 6 month old kitten. His brother was still terrified and we couldn t get him into the carrier, and you ve said just to drop him off once we can get him in and that you ll fit him in for an appointment. I truly appreciate it. As well as the tips on how to handle a cat that seems as though they didn t have much human interaction during their first 6 months.

Hi, We are new to Frontier. It is a little hard where we do not meet the people treating my dog or seeing the facility. I get we are in COVID world but still really leaves us uneasy. But the care was good and Sam seemed happy when he was returned.

The doctor was amazing and very thoughtful with the urgent situation with our frenchie! Really appreciate the care given and the explanation of everything.

Frontier was kind and welcoming from our first interaction. I was a bit anxious about having to take my pet in for care and the costs associated with that. The scheduler was very nice and addressed all my concerns. When I came to the office the instructions were easy to understand and and follow. Accommodations with the pandemic in consideration have been well thought out and organized. I was able to fill out the forms from my phone and they took her back right away. The doctor took my input and concerns into consideration and we made a plan that worked well for me financially and in the best interest of my pet. I am very pleased and we will be coming back for future care.

Texting from the parking lot was a little strange. We still had to call because we didn t get a response. We got there early and they didn t text us saying we could bring our dog to the front door until 15 minutes after our appointment was suppose to start. It s fine, but better communication would have been helpful. It was also difficult to understand the vet on the phone when they were examining our dog. Maybe texts with pictures would have been helpful? Or a video chat? That way both dog parents could be involved. Thanks!

My girl has some special medical challenges so I look to the Frontier staff to support her. They also provide help to me during what can be trying times. I’ll be forever grateful.

The clinic was running late and I was not notified. I didn’t feel like my time was valued.

Perhaps some suggestions on the after visit summary as to what to do about reactions to vaccines given during the appointment.

My experience was so professional and I will continue to bring my pets where they are cared for. Thank you??
