I took my dog I. There for an emergency after being attacked by a much larger dog. It cost a lot more then I would have expected other then that my experience was great.

i was so thankful that your staff let me get an appointment for Max. I have been so worried about him. It has taken 3 months at a different vet and no results. He is taking the meds prescribed and he is more playful and you can see a difference almost over night. His rash is almost completely gone and the diahreha is no longer. Thank you so much.

It makes a huge difference in how we view the clinic when staff and Dr K truly care and treat our pup with love, patience, and understanding of his past trauma. Thank you.

When the vet needs you to come back for a recheck , there shouldn t be an additional office visit fee. Your clinic is the most expensive around; amazing customer service should be part of that...

Communication following our appt was extremely poor. We had labs done and had full expectation there would be good and clearly communication following the appt about results and how to shift care depending on results. Not only were results never explained over the phone as most any vet would do, but questions and concerns were not addressed. We feel as though our pet was not cared for in a competent way and feel very frustrated and concerned about our experience and more importantly, our pet s current health and lack of care.

Frontier has taken care of 5 of my 6 kitties and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you so much.

I am so appreciative of the staff here. Always so kind and helpful and treat Charlie my cat with the tenderness and care with his nail trim appointments. I am always able to get in at a time that works for my schedule. This is the best clinic I have ever had the pleasure to take him to. I recommend this clinic to all my friends. I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was so nice. I’m handicap so they came out to my car to get my dog and took her in and my dog saw Dr. Hoppe and this is the first time I’ve had her and she was so nice and so knowledgeable and gave me different alternatives to choose from and to pay my bill over the phone. The staff was really nice to me and overall I had a wonderful experience.

It would be helpful if the vets explained with the ear drops you can see the ears droop some. That way pet parents don t worry.

I did understand why his vet didnot want to do his alterations,and would send to another vet because of hissize. this seemed so harsh,One we met the team we were so happy . The team great and very understanding that we love this guy and wnt him safe and happy for many years to come. thank you gabby and DR kay .We have found the perfect team to care for Marvel for nose to tall. The staff is wonderful and kind. The upselling is non-existent, thankfully! I felt very little pressure to do extra tests or vaccinations. They were also very gentle with Pea. I m glad I found them.
