Everyone concerned was so helpful and nice. The doctor explained everything to me. Even all my questions. I’ve never had a doctor explain in detail to me like she did. I really appreciate that. The office staff, I asked them if they could walk My dog on the lawn before they put her in the car. I knew her bladder was full. They did and she did pee right away. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. I thought that was so nice. I am so happy with frontier vet. I recommend you guys to everyone I see. I must’ve referred about 25 people in the past year and a half to you.

Our puppy Ki had a rare reaction to his first canine influenza shot. Frontier and Dr Skloven came to the rescue. We brought him in and they took him in immediately and treated us like family. All the emotions were understood and the concerns were understood. . The staff was great and the treatment professional. Our little guy was back to being his fun, energetic and stubborn self later that day. The follow up by Dr D. was so personal. This was our first experience at Frontier and they will be our pets choice from here on out. Thank you so much. Paul, Samantha and Ki.

Things worked well, however, my driver from The Springs had another errand to run so I needed to prod the staff to come pick up my cat from the car. All is forgiven. Thanks for all your care over the years.

I am supposed to give my puppy medication a few days after I picked it up for 7 days but the expiration was 3 days after the date was filled/when I picked up. This is a very disappointing and irresponsible medical mistake/negligence.

Best experience I have ever had with a veterinary clinic. I loved his doctor Jill Palmer. She answered all my questions and gave me the time to ask them. I appreciated her kind attention and attitude towards Charlie my cat. I feel so blessed I found this clinic and will keep bringing Charlie back for all his future appointments and any other needs. The staff were also so friendly and attentive. I felt like Charlie received the best care at the highest level of exceptional service and expertise. Thank you all so much for caring for my cat.

The level of professionalism and warmth that I consistently receive for my kitties at Frontier Vet keeps me coming back, although my kitties don t necessarily like the drive. I recently moved from Hillsboro to Forest Grove, and although the distance is a bit longer, and there are other veterinary options here in Forest Grove, I chose to stick with the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Frontier for my veterinary needs. Keep up the exceptional work!

Either the COVID protocols matter or they don t. If they matter for you guys, then they need to matter when someone is at my car. Throughout this year every experience I ve had has been inconsistent with your stated expectations. I m trying to jump through everyone else s hoops out of respect for them as people. My opinion is that Sweden got it right, so I have very little patience left for the many inconsistencies I see throughout society. I keep thinking about the pets we had as I was growing up. They all lived as long as mine have, but it cost a lot less and was much less inconvenient. Maybe veterinary care is a luxury.

We waited quite a while to after the appointment ended before our pet was brought out. And then there was confusion over whether we should have stayed in our vehicle or met staff at the exit door
