Wonderful pet service

My cat is newly blind. It would have been nice if I could have been with him in the examination. I had covid last summer, and would wear 2 masks (face shield and mask), gloves, whatever you want. It just would have been nicer for my cat not to be alone with strangers.

I know FVH is under the OR State Veterinary COVID rules, and I know all employees must follow them, but it was extremely difficult for me to leave Lillie behind when she hadn t even been with us (at home) 3 weeks. I know Dr. Palmer was great with Lillie, but I can t help thinking Lillie was probably very scared, especially since this was her first visit.

Truly great service, everyone was so friendly. The doctor was super sweet and explained everything to me. Definately will recomend to friends and family. Give these people a raise!

We had a great experience with everyone involved. Dr Tolson was great and answered all my questions. She was patient with me (first time pet owner) and I appreciated how the staff were when I brought in our dog. We waited a while before going in but staff kept us up to date via text so I think given the Covid restrictions, it all went pretty smoothly. Thank you!

yes. Initially I dreaded coming out to Hillsboro when Beaverton Pet clinic wasn t available (too far, etc.), but feel it is worth the drive (now that my fav Beaverton MD has retired).

I m really happy that I switched to Frontier. My experience was great. The only thing I would say is that when the vet called me on the phone, it was on speakerphone. Sometimes speakerphone cuts out or it can get hard to hear and that happened a couple of times. If possible, it would be best if the conversation wasn t done over speakerphone. Just two cents.

Frontier has been our Vet for many years. They have been with us through the painful loss of our 2 elderly cats and are with us again with the addition of 2 teenager cats to our home. We are happy to have them providing excellent care as always to our beloved furbabies.

Either update your webpage with boarding information or when client is calling be more aware of pet records and give all the correct information. Very disappointed of the service received.
