I received text and email reminders.. probably at least two each.. two texts and two emails to be on time...My appt was at 4... I arrived at 3:55.. I called when I got there to let them know I arrived.. it took them till 17 mins to come get Abby.... A little frustrating to have all these be on time reminders.. and then I sit in my car for almost 20 minutes..

Even with Covid and the restrictions in place for safety. The office staff did a great job in stream lining things for smooth appointments. The Doctor s here are great! I was very pleased with how the visit went with me and my cat!

The last vet we went to would not take appointments so no matter when we showed up I always had to wait at least an hour every time, it was so frustrating. This was amazing compared to that, I appreciate the structure of the whole process.

I came with an emergency situation with my kitty, Duke. My regular vet was closed on Mondays. We were helped quite rapidly once we arrived at your facility (it is a bit of a drive from my home).

Having Frontier right down the road is one of the most reassuring things about living in the area. The staff is phenomenal and truly care about our furry friends.

Your pricing is... a bit outrageous. It’s really my only complaint about your practice.

Parasite collection of $55 was not explained to me that I had to collect stool on Shadow when I explained Shadow doesn t use a litter box, she goes outside. When I was handed the empty bottle and was told I had to collect I wasn t very happy since me and the Vet misunderstood each other. I did agree to the parasite collection fee, it wasn t explained very well, I don t remember being told I had to collect. I am not about to follow Shadow and collect, is it possible to get a refund of the $55 or am I stuck with the fee or can I receive a credit to be use another time?

Dr. Rejba took very good care of my puppy during his first visit to Frontier and gave me a detailed and thorough explanation of his exam. I can tell that she loves what she does! The medical staff and receptionist were very helpful, professional, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Frontier!

I had just moved from another state and needed to find a vet for my young cat who hadn’t been eating much and vomiting if he did eat anything. Frontier accommodated my sick kitty with an emergency appointment the day I called which I am extremely grateful for! I was a vet tech before the move and know how long wait times can be during covid but the staff made sure that I was seen as soon as they could and had great communication throughout. The technician, Mary, was so sweet and told me what a great patient my kitty had been after bringing him back out to me. The Veterinarian, Dr. Beedle, was so kind, easy to talk to and very thorough with her treatment plan. The receptionist, I don’t recall her name, was so sweet and offered multiple options for me to get my kitty seen as soon as possible. I appreciate the great care my kitty, T’Challa, received while at the hospital and can see that each of the staff members care so much about their work and their patients. Thank you all so much!

I had an urgent need for one of my dogs and Frontier was able to work him in to their already busy schedule. Everything seemed very organized and the doctor was kind and communicated well. I m grateful for Frontier and will be taking my dogs here in the future.

It was great - the tech came out and gave my dog the medicine - dog never left my car!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They take such great care of your pets. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else.
