Everything was great! There are times, like recently when we were at the hospital for a LEPTO shot, when I would have liked only getting the shot and leaving. I only say that because Satchel had recently been in for a checkup and other services and we didn t need another checkup...that costs more.

Dr. Plein always takes the time to answer all your questions and explain everything in detail. Dr Plein was able to make my nervous dog comfortable around him..

I have been bringing my furry kids to ULV for many years. Currently I have one medical disaster called Molly. She has been to ULV more than all 10 of my kids put together.(They have all since passed.) Dr. Kate takes excellent care of us as do all the vets in this facility. I don t know what I would do without ULV. Your expertise and friendly staff are a pleasure to come and see.

I have been going to ULVH for many years and so have my parents. I appreciate the quality of care provided, however, I was disappointed in the price of my bill. When my cat was in there I authorized a surgery if necessary, when I found out the surgery wasn t necessary, I was relieved. However, when I came to pick him up my bill was MORE than the surgery itself. I appreciate the efforts the doctors and staff did to help my cat, however, if the cost of care is going to supersede the amount I already authorized, I would have appreciated a phone call about the extra amount. Clearly, by my records, I am not a person who spares any expense when it comes to my animals. However, when I find out he had more lab tests, more x-rays, and so on, that made my bill be more than a surgery. I may have preferred the surgery - which would have prevented this condition from ever happening again, instead of just fixing it for now and hoping it doesn t happen again. Again, the care and staff were wonderful, and I appreciate all that is done at ULVH, however, for this issue - it was disappointing.

It was a great experience. They made arrangements to have my cat groomed the same day so we didn t have to make a return trip since he was very nervous about being at the vet. I will definitely return.

We absolutely love the practice. All of the docs that we ve seen are great especially Dr. Leba, Reynolds & Pline. We saw Dr. Leba last Sunday and she helped my Maltese tremendously with a chiropractic adjustment. She is so knowledgeable & kind.
