The staff is always so welcoming and friendly the doctor spent unlimited time with all my questions I wouldn’t go to any other veterinarian facility

We love Dr. Plein. He was so good with our dog. Our dog has anxiety and can growl and be difficult, but Dr. Plein just sat down and Ralph came right over to him!

This is our third and last Veterinary Clinic we will ever take our German Shepard to. While Dr. Weeden is her primary Vet, (and deservedly so), she has seen two others. All were so caring, and all took the time on the very onset to get to know her and establish a relationship to the point she is actually excited to go to Union Lake Veterinary Hospital. She loves them all, but more importantly, I can tell they truly do love her back. It is not faked. From the Doctors, Clinicians, those that greet you and those you pay at the end of the visit, I could not imagine better. I can be hard finding a Doctor for yourself or your family, but when you find the perfect fit for your pet, it can only be counted as a true blessing. And that is what Union Lake has been to us.

Kirsten was Excellent. So gentle and kind with our old guy. She got eight in the floor with him during a procedure. We were very nervous to have it done because of his age, but we are glad we did. Excellent Staff!

Humans should be fortunate enough to receive the professional, thorough and genuine care that my 4 pound Yorkie, Mickey has always received at your facility. I was a last minute/day of boarding call for my pooch as I had to go out of town on business and my pooch-sitter also had to go out of town. My pooch needed her Bordatella (sp?) updates and they were not sure that they could get her in for update which means she couldn t be boarded which would have been a major problem. All worked out in a phone call and Union Lake Rocks!

This was our first time at Union Lake Veterinary Hospital. We live in Rochester Hills and will be transferring from our vet there to Union Lake for all of Harley s future needs!

very Friendly,clean, my puppy had an reaction to her shots. She was running a fever, not eating, and constantly going outside. I called and established Bella and she met her new family vet. Everyone was very friendly and super clean modern facilities.

Dr. Reynolds and her tech Tammy were fabulous! Thanks for being so gentle and patient with my dog Penny that has some anxiety issues. She is always comfortable coming to your office, so am I ! Just wish you were closer to my home in Livonia!

Dr. Herdon is excellent. She spent the time needed. Miss Sibley is a special case and she knew just what to do. She certainly picked the right career.

I love Dr. Herdon! She is so good at explaining things in a way I can understand what s going on with my pet. She has been a great source for recommending specialists, and a comfort in bad times. I also want to say how great Dr. Reynolds was. She was extremely knowledgable as well as so caring. I drive a long way to bring my pets to Union Lake, but it is definitely worth the drive. I ve never received such caring for my animals as well as myself.
