I am beyond thrilled to have found your practice. I have never had anything but the nicest treatment from every person I’ve had contact with. From making the appointment, being greeted when we arrive, taken to the room, and from the vets themselves. My dog is very anxious and uncooperative at the vets and the atmosphere, consideration, and treatment he receives helps to reduce his (and my) stress level. I appreciate everyone there so much!!!

I have been using this veterinary hospital for over 20 years, always top notch! All the services they offer are the best. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

It would be helpful if the fees were more in line with small town vets. Local vets are about twice the price as the ones farther out!

The office could do better at coordinating care. I’ve had times when I’ve had to come back to the office within a short time span to get a shot that maybe could’ve been done two months before. This particular thing is the only complaint I have

The only concern I have is with the cost of the labs. I felt the other charges were appropriate, however the lab cost was extreme.

This time we just had Chole s nails cut. The Bet tech was very upbeat, cheerful and friendly. Not to mention the nails looked great!

Lately when we visit the reception desk staff seem less friendly then over the years. Not sure why, but the interaction seems to be be getting colder & colder. Starting to feel like a number to ULV. Where have all the familiar tech faces gone? Really miss seeing several techs we have seen for several years.

Dr. Hawker is amazing. Extremely helpful with all my issues and concern and you can tell she genuinely cares about my fur babies.

Maybe a little bit more time for annual appointments with behavioral patients. Doctor and staff were rushed, and I totally understand, I wasn t upset, one vaccine got missed and now I am going to have to make another appointment. ( She was early for the vaccine, appointment wasn t pre-scheduled to include this vaccine.) It just may not have been missed,had the team had a bit more time. I love Dr. Hawker. She literally saved our lives when it came to our dogs behavior and our mental sanity. I could not be more thankful for her!!!

In the 3x we have visited, we have been warmly welcomed by everyone. The knowledge this office and all of the staff have for reactivity in dogs is outstanding. Love being a client. Thank you.

Everyone was great. When I first brought in Sydney on Saturday, this was an emergency appointment and they got me in that morning. When determining what to do next, the appointment for his dental procedure was as soon as possible. The nurses were great and when it was time to pick him up, the nurse gave me all the necessary information and answered my questions. The only reason I put the NA for the doctor is that I wish I could have spoken with the vet that was performing the dental procedure on Sydney ( I do understand that she was busy but that was my only criticism).

Always a wonderful experience. My dog can be a handful and the staff are great with her. Thank you!

Staff was great. Forgot to charge me for heart worm test. Had to go back and pay for it, wasn’t to big of an issue as I had my dog at daycare across the way. Just a slight inconvenience. Although they did offer to take credit card via phone.

Maki and his owners love this place. Our dog actually looks forward going to the vet. Everyone is kind and loving to animals,and it makes,a world of difference to the vet experience!

Val is amazing. She is the only one that has been able to clip our pugs nails. She is so patient with him, and we are so grateful.
