THE YOU TUBE VIDEOS ARE FANTASTIC AND SO WELL DONE AND INFORMATIVE. STAFF GREAT ALWAYS. WE VE GONE THROUGH PUPPY PRESCHOOL AND OBEDIENCE TRAINING AND ATTEND THE EVENTS YOU HOST AND ALWAYS HAVE FUN. Dr Liba was very friendly. Mango was scared and she did a great job of putting her at ease.

Dr Herndon has gone above and beyond to treat our golden retriever that is suffering from an autoimmune disease. She returns my calls and has researched new ways to treat this disease. She has taken a very difficult time for all of us and has made it as easy as it can be for us to get through.

ULVH provides excellent care and exceptional staff that always go above and beyond. I am always confident that my animals are receiving the very best medical treatment. On the occasions that my pets have required more specialized care unavailable at ULVH, I have always been referred to excellent specialists that also provide exceptional service.

I did not hear the test result yet . I would like to talk about the result with the docter if the result is good or bad. Any way I call your office on Monday.

ULVH is great. The staff and the Vets are wonderful.

I cannot say enough good about your practice. Everything was so organized, we never felt rushed, and the doctor spent so much time doing a thorough history and exam on our dog. We actually went in for a second opinion at your practice but have since transferred our dogs records to your practice. What a difference a good vet and practice can make in a pets life!

When we moved from Waterford to Clarkston a few years ago, we changed Veterinarians. We were never really happy with the new place so we came back & are super happy to be back;)

Dr Herdon is a wonderful doctor and always takes the time to answer all our questions.

Dr Hawker,Dr Plein & the rest of the staff are great. They treat your pets as if they were their own.

Everything was, and usually is, fine. We continue to go to ULV Hospital because of the staff, the facilities, and especially our long term relationship with Dr. Plein. However, I have spoken with one or two of our dog owning neighbors who have indicated to me that they go elsewhere because they believe ULVH to be too costly. FYI. Thank you!
