Loved the vet dr

Not sure if my husband already made a comment but here is mine. Medically boarded our dog this past weekend and brought in meds for him in the original containers. The containers held just the amount he would need for his stay. When we picked him up, we asked for our containers and they had been thrown out. What is your policy for handling meds when boarding? I feel they should be dropped off in their original containers and those bottles should be returned to the pet s owner.

Dr Liba was very friendly. Mango was scared and she did a great job of putting her at ease.

Dr Herndon has gone above and beyond to treat our golden retriever that is suffering from an autoimmune disease. She returns my calls and has researched new ways to treat this disease. She has taken a very difficult time for all of us and has made it as easy as it can be for us to get through.

ULVH provides excellent care and exceptional staff that always go above and beyond. I am always confident that my animals are receiving the very best medical treatment. On the occasions that my pets have required more specialized care unavailable at ULVH, I have always been referred to excellent specialists that also provide exceptional service.

I did not hear the test result yet . I would like to talk about the result with the docter if the result is good or bad. Any way I call your office on Monday.

ULVH is great. The staff and the Vets are wonderful.

I cannot say enough good about your practice. Everything was so organized, we never felt rushed, and the doctor spent so much time doing a thorough history and exam on our dog. We actually went in for a second opinion at your practice but have since transferred our dogs records to your practice. What a difference a good vet and practice can make in a pets life!
