I just want to say how much we LOVE this place. We have been customers for all 6 years of our pups’ lives and Dr. Marty is their vet and they just don’t come any better than her. She is simply AMAZING. My ONLY suggestion is that y’all train ALL “check out” staff in Trupanion Express. I always have to wait 20 or more minutes for someone to “find” the one person who is familiar with the system while I stand there trying to control my big dogs and check out. It’s been almost a year since it was added to the system and it’s time that the staff has proper training... ALL of the staff that works in check in/ check out. Thank you!!

Dr Herndon is great. She s patient and caring and really listens. I will definitely keep going to your practice. Everyone has been quiet nice.

I have had the privilege of working at Union Lake for almost 15 years now. Before I worked there I brought my dogs there and now I still do. I love our staff and it means the world to me how much everyone has always been willing to help me with my animals. Both as a client and also an employee.

Top Notch organization

I see Dr. Marti regularly because of my dog s numerous problems. She is always extremely helpful and she even calls me with up dates on Gracie s condition after speaking to a specialist. I can t say enough nice things about her. I don t know if other vet clinic s would ever be as helpful. I have referred other people to her. I even recommended her on the Nextdoor Neighbor app. I also recommended the grooming salon, since we have visited every month for the past 10 years, as well as the day care.

I am beyond thrilled to have found your practice. I have never had anything but the nicest treatment from every person I’ve had contact with. From making the appointment, being greeted when we arrive, taken to the room, and from the vets themselves. My dog is very anxious and uncooperative at the vets and the atmosphere, consideration, and treatment he receives helps to reduce his (and my) stress level. I appreciate everyone there so much!!!

I have been using this veterinary hospital for over 20 years, always top notch! All the services they offer are the best. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

It would be helpful if the fees were more in line with small town vets. Local vets are about twice the price as the ones farther out!

The office could do better at coordinating care. I’ve had times when I’ve had to come back to the office within a short time span to get a shot that maybe could’ve been done two months before. This particular thing is the only complaint I have

The only concern I have is with the cost of the labs. I felt the other charges were appropriate, however the lab cost was extreme.

This time we just had Chole s nails cut. The Bet tech was very upbeat, cheerful and friendly. Not to mention the nails looked great!
