Dr. Herdon is the best vet we ve ever had. All the other vets we ve seen at Union Lake, especially Drs. Erb, Anchill, and Weeden, have been wonderful as well. The evening and weekend hours are incredibly helpful.

0ur 13 week old English Setter Bella started having blood in her urine and straining to urinate every few minutes. Our Vets office was closed. They got us in, in just a couple hours. We saw Dr. Kate Reynolds she was very friendly and great with Bella as we re the rest of the staff. The meds they gave us for her UTI took away her symptoms within 24 hours.

The staff is AMAZING! So kind and helpful! They bent over backwards to help us when our dog was sick!

The staff is always friendly. Dr. Hawker was attentive, knowledgeable and took her time during the exam. She had several great suggestions on how to get our new cat settled into our home.

We have been coming to your facility for many years. Charley just loves it here.Dr Herdon is so great we just love her.Everyone whom works there is Very professional and takes Great concern on the pets health. Can t wait to see the new addition when it is done

This was my first visit and I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the attention of the doctor.

Dr Hawker did a house visit, and i was very, very happy with her and your process. She is really excellent, and it is so important for me to have a behaviorist who is also a regular vet who can do house visit for my very scared dog!

The entire team at ULVH are excellent. In addition, Dr. Weeden continues to be incredibly supportive, patient and always goes above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned to provide exceptional care to Joey. I cannot imagine having anyone else provide care to Joey.

Cleaner exam rooms

I just want to say how much we LOVE this place. We have been customers for all 6 years of our pups’ lives and Dr. Marty is their vet and they just don’t come any better than her. She is simply AMAZING. My ONLY suggestion is that y’all train ALL “check out” staff in Trupanion Express. I always have to wait 20 or more minutes for someone to “find” the one person who is familiar with the system while I stand there trying to control my big dogs and check out. It’s been almost a year since it was added to the system and it’s time that the staff has proper training... ALL of the staff that works in check in/ check out. Thank you!!

Dr Herndon is great. She s patient and caring and really listens. I will definitely keep going to your practice. Everyone has been quiet nice.

I have had the privilege of working at Union Lake for almost 15 years now. Before I worked there I brought my dogs there and now I still do. I love our staff and it means the world to me how much everyone has always been willing to help me with my animals. Both as a client and also an employee.

I am extremely impressed on how understanding the staff was with Yogi being an aggressive dog. I cried on the way home because I was so happy I did not have to put him to sleep. Thank you so much!!!

Top Notch organization

I see Dr. Marti regularly because of my dog s numerous problems. She is always extremely helpful and she even calls me with up dates on Gracie s condition after speaking to a specialist. I can t say enough nice things about her. I don t know if other vet clinic s would ever be as helpful. I have referred other people to her. I even recommended her on the Nextdoor Neighbor app. I also recommended the grooming salon, since we have visited every month for the past 10 years, as well as the day care.
