I have been bringing my pets to ULVH and ULPS for over 25 years and it s because I know they get the best care around!

Usually I m the one to do the vet visits but my husband brought our dog in for her Distemper Titre Test. He was very pleased with the entire process and came away with a few questions answered that he s been wondering about. We have been clients and our dog Katie has been a patient for 7.5 years and couldn t imagine going anywhere else. We ve participated in all areas and services except Rehab (and hopefully we will never have to).

Just love everything about Union Lake Vet! Dr Reynolds is amazing and makes us feel like family!

Everyone is always very friendly and caring. I trust their suggestions and feel they know our pets are our family member.

Dr. Reynolds is caring and compassionate to my cats and to me as their mom. The tech was fantastic. I have an anxious cat that she handled better than anyone has.

I felt that the Doctor was rushed and had too many patients to see that day. Normally she spends more time with us. It was Father s day.

We love our vet. Our Dr. diagnosed Teddy correctly- he had a ear infection but we wrongly thought it was his paw that hurt. We are very impressed and grateful.

We waited about 20 minutes for our appointment (hense 4 stars) but no fault on staff s part as there were a few emergencies & I d be forever grateful if my dogs needed to be seen immediately in an emergency situation here. Dr Reynolds was amazing!! She handled my high anxiety dog like they were old friends...it was one of her best vet visits to date. She is a very patient & thorough doctor addressing any/all questions & concerns with a gentle positive approach. All the doc s/tech s here are extraordinary professionals & we ve seen several but Dr Reynolds gets 5 stars from my crazy lil dog!! Keep up the good work ULVH!!

I thought I had made an appointment on the website, but found out I was unsuccessful when I called to confirm. I continue to get text reminders for other (shelter?) dogs-most recently Mimi aka Wookie, Hannah. But these are just fyi. My reactive dog Brooke eagerly lead me into the building and into her room where she proceeded to search for the good stuff (squeaky balls, treats) that she has found there. She remembered and seemed happy to see Dr. Hawker. That is just awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We get great service and care from the staff and Dr. Plein. Dr. Plein gives us all the time we need to ask questions and really looks over our boys!

Dr Plein was vary knowledgeable and helpful. Even Rocky felt comfortable with Dr Plein

As always, Dr. Hawker and staff were wonderful. Gino is a reactive dog and not a cooperative patient. Dr. Hawker is so patient and kind to his needs.

The only problem I had was pricing. Some services seemed to be overpriced. Being more competitive with pricing might increase business :) Other than that I really like your facility.

Dr. Erb is fabulous! She really takes the time needed to explain everything fully. She also really listens to my concerns, and partners with me to find the best solution for our precious old girl !

Dr. Herdon is so great! She takes so much time not only addressing any concerns I have, but also explaining things to me. She also gives me a lot of great tips for at home. Just tried her ice cubes with carrot and blueberry to beat the heat and quench thirst, and Tucker loves them!

The staff is always to friendly and the Vet staff is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our dog Ozzy
