We always have a great experience with Dr. Hawker. She understands our special needs dog (reactive), and she makes special provisions for his visits (adaptil, icalmdog, etc.).

Everyone was very helpful.

I took my dog Eddie in for HW test and toenail clipping. Both were done. Dr. Anchill is knowledgeable about cat issues. She has helped me in the past with a cat situation/behavior. I asked her about another cat issue and she made her suggestion. It seems to be helping. Thank you, Dr. Anchill !!

Lady checking people out is less than personable. She also did not forward my request correctly for fecal testing. You did it on the wrong dog

The only reason for only a 2 star on the staff being friendly & helpful is due to the girl at the billing desk being a bit condescending. This is not the first time this has happened, although it was not the same person. Always remember, kindness goes a long way and it’s not always what you say, but how you say it. The rest of the staff, Jen and Kristin were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Myla!!! I do love this veterinary office, and in the year that we’ve been here our dog has had the very best care.

Thanks to Dr Weeden for taking care of Rocky and relieving my stress about him. She was a consummate professional who answered all my questions with straight info, laid out my options and gave me some peace of mind. Rocky s doing better, still recovering and will be fine in a few days. My plans are to move all my dogs needs to this practice now.

I love the facility and the staff. My only complaint is the wait time once back in an exam room. 30-40 minutes is too long to wait in a closed in room with a nervous pet.

Your doctors & support staff have always been so caring w/our three consecutive dogs that I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending your hospital, boarding, training, daycare & rehab facilities. First rate!

One might patrol the adjacent grassy areas more frequently. Wasn t too bad but had to watch when walking. Apparently some inconsiderate people don t feel it necessary to clean up after their companions finish their business. Perhaps put up a post with bags?

Excellent visit

I would never take my fur babies anywhere else. ULV has been top-notch for many years, wouldn t dream of going to another vet. If it had not been for the excellent care my Molly would not be alive today.

Dr. Marti spent a lot of time with my high anxiety dog. She had read his file and came in well prepared. She also answered all my questions on the phone. Kristin and another tech whom I didn’t know were great with the IV and meds.

It was so comforting to know that there is help for my dog.

I have been very impressed with this practice!
