We have been coming to your facility for well over ten years now. We just love it there and also Charlie> Everyone is so pleasant and takes the time to talk and explain everything. When we come there we feel very good that You do treat all the dogs and cats like they are a big part of your family and don t rush and try to get you in and out fast.We will be happy when you get the new parking lot done because you really need the extra parking.

Dr. Weeden is amazing!!! She is so kind, thorough and addresses all your concerns. Absolutely love her and is an incredible asset to the practice!

Love Dr. Hawker! She is so caring & understanding with our dog’s issues. The staff is great! Recently saw Dr. Marti, and she is also good with our dog. They take the time to explain all procedures & anything else we need to know.????

Lindsey was an excellent technician and very helpful!!

Only issue was I needed help bringing Tia in and no one ever came out to help.

I also love the doggie daycare, but the one thing I would rate really low are the prices. I think Union Lake Vet charges more than other vets in the area and I d like it if they took a good look at their prices and adjusted them to be more in line with other vets in the area.

Dr Herdon is a wonderful Doctor. She takes the time to address all our concerns.

?? everyone and it was so nice to finally get to really talk to dr. Hawker as I am usually with my behaviorally challenged pup. Also had a nice conversation with Rebecca in the lobby and someone came from behind the desk and sat with my dog for a minute. It was really sweet I think it may have been Charlotte but I’m not sure! All good keep up the good work everyone!

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Plein and his staff were so great. I am so glad I made the switch for my cat. He was able to give answers my previous veterinarian was not able to.

this hospital is the best. The staff always are welcoming and makes me and my dog feel like we are family. I have complete trust in them with my dog (who is a senior dog now). When we have an appoointment, as I get him out of the car and put him down, he can t wait to get to that door, he s that happy. Never scared, anxious about his appointments or apprehensive about his appointments. Thanks to all of you.

Dr. Hawker is amazing using Fear free techniques to help make our high anxiety dog comfortable. She comes in with a tote of treats. Our dog meets her at the door and gets through the appointment including vaccines with as little stress as possible. She answers all questions and guides us along the way.
