The vet was very sweet talking with us about a very sensitive subject with our old dog. It means a lot when you know you’re being listened to when you’re concerned about a member of your family

I would like to express special appreciation for the tech. She came outside and didn t make us wait. She also recommended we try Glandex, which no one has ever mentioned before as an alternative to the frequent visits to have our dog s anal glands expressed. We were in and out quickly with good results.

Some of the receptionists aren t very nice. Maybe they were having an off day, but it seems to happen every time I m there. There s always one or two who just... don t seem to want to be there.

Dr Plein and his staff are kind and thoughtful and have given my little Coco the best care for years.

Dr. Hawker is awesome! I have been a client of ULVH for almost 30 years and have been very satisfied with the care and compassion that the doctors and staff have for all of my animals.

Dr.and staff were caring and very professional and took extra time to explain procedure.

Dr. Reynolds is the best! I am so glad she is back!

great visit

I love this office. I feel like every doctor that has seen my dogs treat them like their own and are very accommodating to my concerns even when I’m being paranoid :) I especially love the behavioral program and the happy tails program. Although my dog hasn’t participated yet I think it’s an amazing way to make pets more comfortable going to the vet. They really do everything they can to make the experience as positive as possible

I cannot imagine going anywhere else. You have a great team, and we appreciate all you do.

The person that took us back to the room was not friendly like all the other staff we spoke to. Her name was Sherry. Everyone else was great.

Pricing seems a little high but the vets are so great we keep coming back. Dr. Wheedon really goes above and beyond.

Dr Corbet was excellent with Toby, he was very comfortable with her. She addressed all my questions and provided information to help with my concerns.

The price of prescription medicine is ridiculously expensive. It makes me want to not return.

Dr.Marti always takes time to explain and answer the concerns and questions I have with my pets. I appreciate her very much. The staffs are always kind to my pets as well.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Liba was fantastic and answered all of our questions.

We waited forever it took a long time the veterinarian was wonderful and we will return because of her also the veterinarian assistant who gave her dog shots was van tastic
