Our dog got sick from the medication she was put on. I called the office this morning to find out what we should do and the dog needs to be on an antibiotic. We never received a call back. I called again at 5:30pm and once more we never received a call back.

Every single person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Union Lake Veterinary Hospital has exceeded my expectations, from the desk staff, veterinarians, trainers, veterinary technicians, and assistants, kennel assistants, groomers and anyone else I have forgot to mention! My dog is nervous and with everyone’s patience and kindness (and treats), he is making big improvements!! Thank you to everyone!! ??

The only problem I had was figuring out how to use the stars in this survey. Dr. Hawker has made a difference to our lives!

I appreciate them getting us into a room right away due to our dogs anxiety.

I think it’s terrible that an office visit (@65.00) is more than my human co pay! Also, the lab fees for blood work is crazy expensive too.

My vet wasn t available and we had an urgent situation with my 4 yr old cockapoo puppy and they got me in the same day and even though it was the end of the day, I was not rushed given LOTS of information and a welcome bag with a lot of additional information. Was a little bit of a wait but that s expected at ANY kind of medical office. I was extremely happy with the friendly and courteous staff. I left feeling confident that my pup got quality care.

We have been clients for decades because of the fabulous staff. Your fees, on the other hand, are Really getting way too high.

ULVH is THE best. Our Dixie girl loves Dr. Hawker who is knowlegeable, understanding and a great care provider.

First class operation! Well worth the drive from Novi! Love Dr. Hawker and how she handles our dog, explains things and her overall personality. Office staff and vet techs are always friendly as well!

I have gone here with multiple pets. The love and compassion they show to the animals and the owners keeps me coming back. They have been there through many rough times and always go above and beyond to take care of my pets!

As always, we were very pleased with everyone at ULVS and ULPS. Dr. Reynolds was great as always and took her time with Mabel s blood draw; and Melissa Fenstermaker was wonderful and stepped in and gave assistance for our anxious little girl;, and of course, Rebecca Lane s training, made Mabel s visit go much easier. And of course, Dr. Hawker made it all easier too by prescribing the special calming gel. Everyone works as a team and makes everything we do there go so much easier. Thank you.
