Everyone was very friendly and kind. I had had a very bad experience there some years ago and this is the 1st time I’ve been back. Dr. Morgan was very kind and explained everything in terms I could understand.

Everyone was thorough, helpful and extremely knowledgeable from checking in, the exam, explanation of everything to do at home and checking out. So happy we made the choice to come to switch.

I love everything about this vet and the services are great so we keep coming. However, I do find the pricing to be higher than other vets.

We have been Long time patients of Union Lake for 2 reasons: your superior veterinarians and their nurse / veterinary technician staff. Dr. Marti, Dr. Reynolds, Tammy, Cal, and the remaining team members are The Best; however I can not say that about the rest of the support staff. Over the years the professionalism, friendliness, and customer care has noticeably declined. This is sad but real. As long as the stellar veterinarians and nurses / techs are there, we will continue to come but your front office / support staff falls way below on our scale of expectations.

Everyone loves the facility, the technicians, the doctors - everything. But the one aspect/comment I hear from almost everyone is they re SO expensive . And, yes, animal care can be expensive. But the office/appointment fee of $65 is one of the highest around, if not the highest. Bringing that down to line up with other practices (I see an average of $49), would help keep more clients. Communication & the pet portal are wonderful.

My dog was very excited and the whole thing felt a bit rushed. In the past, doctors spent a bit of time with him to calm him down and then he was fine. I usually just go with whoever is available. Next time I will go with a preferred doctor.
