The wait time before I was shown to a room was much longer than I expected. Once there, it was super quick.

We were an emergency fit in. The doctor was wonderful. I asked for something to be checked that wasn’t checked. I know I was fit in and I am so grateful for that. Since we’ve been home we’ve had the same thing happening that I asked to be checked. It is getting better but I realized I would have felt better if it would have been checked in the office. Thank you times a bunch for getting us in. I am so grateful. I’ve recommended you to numerous people and would continue to do so. You are THE BEST!!!

Dr Plein is a gem! He is caring, thoughtful and down to earth in his care. Too many vets only seem to be motivated to “up-sell” pet care often making owners feel as though not doing every test, procedure, and over medicating is reflective of diminished care and love of these important family members. I feel Dr Plein is a real partner in giving my dog her best life.

Cannot get in in a timely fashion, NEVER see same Vet twice, this is very frustrating

All in all a good experience. Competent and attentive staff. Very pleased with the full-service clinic.

Dr Plein is the best veterinarian. I trust my animals with him and that is why I have been with him for over 25+ years. The building is so clean and everyone is very friendly. My only suggestion would be to the loyal patients. Give a loyalty discount and multiple pet discount more than the small deduction you give for multiple pets.

The visit included bed and biscuit training day care and grooming. Overall schedules that each department is able to see and coordinate would help the customer experience. Long phone wait times or staff busy and calling back, for each department makes it very challenging to set up.

Dr. Herdon has be such a great doctor for by 3 fur babies. She’s been such a blessing and pleasure to know. She cares about what she does and why she does it for and it shows. I always felt cared for and my pets were as well. I recently moved out of state so sadly, I have to find a new vet. My new vet - They have some pretty big shoes to fill. Thank you Dr. Herdon for all you’ve done for us all these years. I will dearly miss you.

The facility is in great condition. Clean and pleasing. I also like the range of products offered. Entering the building for the first time was a bit confusing. The reception staff seemed stressed or tired, so I felt they could have been friendlier. My only complaint is that the Doctor spent 5 mins with us and didn t come back to say goodbye or ask if we had further questions. Just lacking some basic customer courtesy. It was my first time at any veterinary office, and I was definitely a bit nervous. I felt the doctor could have walked me through my options and the procedures better. I felt I did not receive clear guide to what she felt the issue might be and a potential course of treatment going past this visit. The vet tech who came in afterwards to take my cat to get blood drawn and give us our medication options was very kind, descriptive, patient and connected to us as pet parents. Would still recommend this clinic as everybody has bad days.

We love all that you have to offer and all of the staff members we have met have been so kind, knowledgeable, and loving towards our dog. Our biggest concern is how difficult it is to get an appointment. We called on a Sunday and the earliest they could get us in was Thursday. They considered us a high priority need to be seen and it was still 5 days until we could be seen. Our dog s condition worsened tremendously in the five days we needed to wait. If we could have been seen within 48 hours, that would have been more ideal. Other than that, we like everything about your facility, offerings, and staff. The difficulty to get an appointment for a very important reason is very upsetting to us.

Great place but VERY EXPENSIVE!

The Dr. was VERY helpful! She explained to me in great detail about my dogs behavior and helped me out tremendously! I was very pleased with her answers when I had questions. She took time to listen me.

Staff was super friendly and office was immaculate. I had to repeat several things to different people. Staff thought I was there for something different than what I was there for which caused some confusion. I only wanted a heartworm on one dog but both were given one which in the scheme of things is fine, can t be too careful with heartworm but at $69 a test it was a surprise when I looked at the receipt. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Thank you for getting our dog in for an emergency visit. The Vet and staff were very kind and spent a good amount of time on him.
