Union Lake is by far the best veterinary hospital I have been to. Everyone is very accommodating and cheerful and the Vets have been outstanding. It doesn t matter that I drive 45 minutes! I have recommended your facility to friends and family!

I really liked the doctor-she listened To my concerns-she didn’t rush. I really liked that she wanted me to email her with an update, that felt more personal to me.

I came in just to get blood work done for my dog that is on a lot of medication for heart failure. It cost $225. The prices are too high. My bill is never under $200.

Everyone on staff is so kind and nice. The vet listened to all of my concerns and she explained everything they would be doing and why. I also like that all of the costs are explained ahead of time. I also have a bit of a troublemaker dog and the staff is always so understanding and sweet.

It’s been a minute since we had an appointment. I wish someone had told us when we checked in that you have a cat waiting room now. My cat is terrified of dogs.

I have 2 very large timid dogs that are not easy to get around the tight and often scary vet office....we ve been going to ULVH for 2 years and every time I m more impressed with the kindness and loving vibes from all the staff! Appreciate each & every one of you!

FYI I clicked all 5-stars above (but didn t notice a change when I clicked on them). We love Dr. Hawker and she engages so well with our large dog Maci as she did with our previous dogs. A natural who is obviously dedicated to her profession. The best!!!

my first visit to your practice was an opportunity to impress me. Instead I was left waiting 30 minutes in an exam room before anyone came, and I had to exit the room to remind the staff I was waiting. Covid is not an excuse. Emergencies are understandable, but leaving people waiting wondering whether they’ve been forgotten is not
