High level of quality and compassionate care. Dr. Plein and Carl treated my dog as they would their own.

All the staff are amazing and so friendly. I always feel like my dogs and I am treated like VIP clients. I absolutely love this place!!

Kristen is fantastic, she has so much love and care for taking care of her patients.

Everyone on staff is so kind and nice. The vet listened to all of my concerns and she explained everything they would be doing and why. I also like that all of the costs are explained ahead of time. I also have a bit of a troublemaker dog and the staff is always so understanding and sweet.

I have 2 very large timid dogs that are not easy to get around the tight and often scary vet office....we ve been going to ULVH for 2 years and every time I m more impressed with the kindness and loving vibes from all the staff! Appreciate each & every one of you!

my first visit to your practice was an opportunity to impress me. Instead I was left waiting 30 minutes in an exam room before anyone came, and I had to exit the room to remind the staff I was waiting. Covid is not an excuse. Emergencies are understandable, but leaving people waiting wondering whether they’ve been forgotten is not

Prices are highest I have seen. I decided to return to my prior vet for a second opinion and estimate for the suggested procedures and received a much better price for my dogs dental cleaning and extractions.
