Awesome first visit...we will make this our new home! Dr. Plein was amazing with great follow up! I would recommend you to anyone that has a dog.

The only negative was that the towel that was on the stainless table was dirty from other animals. I did not want to put my cat down on the dirty towel. That s all.

Sometimes I feel reception scheduling isn’t as quick to get in as dr thinks it should be. Or if my dog has issues and dr says to cb if dog having prob after spay surgery w/meds and reception says ‘or your dr not back for 2 days’?! This was an issue with meds and my pet can’t wait 2 days! Overall I don’t think reception and what DVM would like always align. Also WE. MISS DR REYNOLDS!!!!!!!!!!!’

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Marti, she is caring, thorough and attentive to both our dogs. She has answered every question I have, provided invaluable guidance and helped us navigate very new health challenge. The entire staff is kind and caring.

It was awesome having all the staff coming to meet the cat named chicken. It really felt like the staff paid attention to all the pets and cared about the care we got, even if they were not directly invovled with her care. I look forward to bringing back chicken and the baby nugs soon.

My cat was very sick and when I called in the early morning I was given an appointment for within a couple of hours. She treated and is recovering well. Thank you so much. We have been with your clinic for over 20 years.

Was not a great visit. Will not be seeing that particular dr again. I felt like nothing more than an auto factory line. Wham bam get out. Didn t feel that myself or my cat were at all valued to be treated with due time and care. Also concerned that it s been 3 days and no reply yet on the tests they did. This place is a too busy I think.

Always feel like tech and vet doctor is always trying to upsell on services, and feel like it s becoming more.like a race or.production line too see howany they can service in a day..Not like it use to be...will probably shop for another Vet Service, maybe a smaller practice would be better

The doctor did not interact with me very much. She never introduced herself, so I did not know her name. She examined my dog and suggested a test, but used a medical term that is not common knowledge and she did not explain it. She never returned after the test was done to explain the result and the vet tech did not explain it either. I am also in a client service field and I could not imagine having this little communication with my client and then still expecting them to pay their bill at the end of the day.

I’ve been at UL VET since 2003 with cars and my greyhound & value the modern facility and services, kind staff (lost my kitty May 2020 suddenly)- now my new kitten has his spot and he was relaxed and likes Dr Halley!

Everyone at the office was so kind and caring. We ve been to a few vets in the past trying to figure out what was going on with our dog, and within the first appointment we ve gotten more answers and plans of action than in 7 years with other doctors. The whole office made my dog and I feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of.
