Prices raised again? Price is getting to the point that we can’t afford it. People want to do what is right for their pets, but they can only afford so much…

Dr. Halley was amazing very knowledgeable and professional (she also had a resident shadowing) She provided me with information to help Cricket with her Anxiety and we decided to try it. she also provided information about what we can do for Cricket in Thunderstorms and during Fireworks. I am very grateful for her help it is very heartbreaking to see cricket so scared and anxious and not being able to help her P.S. The Resident was very Kind and professional. :) I am so happy with Dr Halley!

I understand that animals can get very excited, and that can be frustrating to staff that are trying to get a job done. At the same time, certain behaviors are intrinsic to animals and it seems that staff should understand and appreciate those idiosyncrasies.

You are the very best and I am furever grateful for the care that you provide Kassie. Please next time if you are that busy, have a Dr call me later. I will understand and accommodate where I can to alleviate the stress each of you are experiencing.. So many pets need you these days, I understand; I am family. LR

DR.Hawker and her team were incredible with my German Shepherd. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

My discharge instructions did not say a post op appt was needed but I found out when calling with some other questions. No contact this visit with the physician.

The vets and assistants treat my very difficult cat with kindness and patience. They don’t act like we are a burden and give him the absolute best care and attention. They answer all my questions thoroughly and never act like they are in a rush. 10000% recommend for any pet owner.

My dog and I arrived 1/2hr early.. We we re taken to a room right away.. we did not wait long to see the vet.. who was very kind and professional. . The vet aide was very professional and friendly.. he also had a great smile. I will be bringing my Dog Tess in on 3/15. Hoping for the same great service.

Dr. Pline and Dr. Anchill take great care of Bandit. The entire staff (Cody in grooming, front desk and the entire medical staff) are also outstanding.

The 2 women that gave my dog his vaccines were fabulous. The way they spoke and acted he picked up on that and he relaxed. They should be commended for how well they do their job!

As always, Union Lake is top notch! Dr. Erica Hawker is a life saver as my dog is reactive and I don t know where else I could take him. She is kind, patient and calm and handles Gino with ease. We appreciate Dr. Hawker and Union Lake!

Everyone is extra kind I know your name they take care of you soon as possible if there is a delay they let you know they care about each pet knows each pets name they really are the best they are knowledgeable smart and make you feel at home

You have a beautiful and friendly establishment, but I recommend that the tile on the floor be torn out and one piece commercial grade linoleum be used on floor and up the walls for baseboard. What they use in hospitals. One company I’d recommend is Continental flooring but I would not use Shock Brothers.

I’m very happy with our visit, they were very good with Chloe and explained everything to me about medication for heart worm and flea. Also explained about a spot on her teeth.

I am comfortable with decisions we discuss and decide for a course of treatment. I am very pleased with the service received at Union Lake Veterinarian Hospital.

My first visit to your clinic exceeded my expectations. Dr. Halley listened to my concerns and promptly addressed them with honesty and compassion.
