Dr Plein is literally the best vet ever! So detailed, descriptive, helpful and very friendly and caring.

Our pets have been with Union Lake for a long time - since 2011 and we would never think of leaving. Our furkids are healthy and happy and so much of that has to do with the excellent caare they get from the veterinarians and vet techs, day care staff, etc. Thank you Union Lake. We just started with Union Lake with a recently adopted rescue after losing a beloved 13 yr old Cockapoo with a previous vet whom we were very unhappy with. The Vets and staff have been nothing but kind and compassionate people and we could not be more impressed with all areas of this practice! My dog, Icy, is extremely shy around anyone he doesn t know. When Dr. Plein offered him any kind of treat, he just rejected it until Marissa (from day care) unexpectedly came into the room. He loves Marissa as he goes to day care quite often. She noticed my car in the parking lot and knew Icy was not in day care, so she popped in. Icy lit up when he saw her. She helped handle Icy, although he is quite compliant and sweet. I did not bring Icy in for an ear check, but Dr. Plein discovered he had an ear infection and cleaned and treated it with no problem. They made a great duo for Icy s care, and Marissa made the whole visit easier for Icy. She is great and goes the extra mile for her clients. I can t say enough good things about her.

So grateful that there is someone to make living with a reactive fearful dog easier on us and our pup !!! Priceless
