Had to wait for a tech for a simple vaccine. I understand the doctors running late but my dog is very nervous when there and had to wait about 15 minutes.

Pocket pet/reptile vets are not common so it s comforting having a knowledgeable one available at your vet!

My dog passed away the night. We are sad.

I was VERY unhappy with the last Dr. that we saw at this practice and asked to see someone different. I was extremely happy with this last visit and the amazing Dr. She was friendly, responsive, and truly cared for my dog. I would and will recommend her in the future.

New basic exam fee is way too high. $73 for a basic exam is extreme.

Dr. Quinn was great. She was very informative and educational and wasn’t pushy about me buying products. She just offered solutions to bettering my dog’s health. I usually see Dr. Herdon when we come in but I know now we are in excellent hands with Dr. Quinn too!

Bandit and his family are going through very difficult times. The entire staff are very compassionate, gives Bandit special attention and keeps us informed on medical options. We could not have a better Veterinarian - Dr. Chuck Plein has been Bandits Veterinarian since we adopted Bandit 8 years ago. He has greatly helped managed his seizures (along with the other fine Veterinarians - Dr. Anchill for example).

I had two technicians trimming Chargers nails. Very helpful young ladies and I sadly didn t catch her name but the one that did the trimming loved on him so much and made me feel very happy that she was there. I will have to call to get her name so I can have her again. Was very pleased and grateful.
