EBAH is always a professional experience

I like that I see the same staff members working here for a long time. You can build a relationship with (most of) them, and the caring seems genuine. The familiarity is relaxing and calming for me and my pets. You must be doing something right if you re able to retain such good employees (vets, techs, office staff).
