The actual visit was fine. Dr. Cutillo and Erin were very caring. But we were concerned that nobody called us when our cat was ready to be picked up after staying to get a urine sample the next day. When I called, I was told that he was ready to come home an hour earlier.

I sincerely thank Dr. Francisco and her assistant for helping make my cat s visit productive and pleasant.

Dr. Farragher is awesome. She takes her time to get to know her patients. We love her!!

Very busy but still very organized and professional. All of the staff from front desk to vet techs and especially the Vet were gracious and helpful and conforming during a difficult and stressful situation with my pet. Thank you so much!

Dr. Francisco is great! And the tech who assisted her was excellent with my dog, who tends to get scared when he is restrained.

I am very grateful for this office!!!. I waited for almost 5 hours at the garden state vet hospital to be seen only to finally leave by 4:30 am without being seen bc I was told it would take another few hours. I showed up in your parking lot first thing in the morning and was seen by 9:15 am. Not only did you help my fur baby but you saved me a ton of money ! Your staff is always kind and compassionate for a nervous mom!! Lol all of my animals got to this vet and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The only negative are the hold times when calling.

As usual, staff was proficient, professional, and friendly. Duke and I love Dr. Farragher.
