My dog was very sick when arrived, spent 1 day in the hospital. when I went to pick him up, waited over 1 hr. to get it (I understand, you are very busy) when returned technitian gave me instructions for medications but I never got to talk to the doctors who took care of him, not was I informed what caused his condition or how to prevent it; it s OK if Drs. are puzzled and do not have a diagnosis (if this was the case) but I would feel much more comfortable if they come out and inform me.

Given the COVID precautions, this visit was very well done, and I felt that my pet was in good hands. I do look forward to when I can go in and speak more directly with the Dr., but being called by the Dr. while my pet was still with him was the next best thing.

I brought Coco Chanel to see the vet because something was wrong with her back. She wouldn t walk, and she was in pain. On Saturday she went to the groomer for a bath and a nail trim. By late Sunday, she couldn t walk. At first I think it was IVDD, in an early stage, but I m wondering if she fell off the grooming table at the grooomer s and they didn t tell me. The only time she was away from me was the hour she spent at the groomer, and within 28 hours, she was a different dog. is it possible she had a sore back (vet s words) because she fell at the grooomer? Regarding your survey, I tried clicking on the star for excellent, but nothing happened. The survey didn t work. I m using Firefox to read this email.

I think it would be helpful to have a selection, when calling, that indicates that you have arrived with your pet for your appointment. It wasn t a long time to wait, but it was quite a long time to be on hold while sitting in the parking lot just to tell someone we had arrived. Staff was excellent as always.

It’s difficult to discuss with the vet everything you want to from your car after the pet has already been seen. The short phone call is different than being in the room with the vet. Also I was never told how much I was being charged. It just came to my email 8 hours after my appointment. Usually they would let us know what they’re doing and have us sign off on what we are paying before just auto charging a credit card. Overall I’m happy I was able to be seen quickly the same day I called to make an appointment but the office visit fee should be reduced since the customer has no way of knowing whether they’re doing the standard physical exam that should be done during every visit (weight, temp, heart check, etc). Perhaps the vet should call the person and have them on speakerphone as they are examining their pet. That way they can communicate during the exam process.
