I think it would be helpful to have a selection, when calling, that indicates that you have arrived with your pet for your appointment. It wasn t a long time to wait, but it was quite a long time to be on hold while sitting in the parking lot just to tell someone we had arrived. Staff was excellent as always.

I have not yet received my bill/statement for this visit; it has been 2 days

It’s difficult to discuss with the vet everything you want to from your car after the pet has already been seen. The short phone call is different than being in the room with the vet. Also I was never told how much I was being charged. It just came to my email 8 hours after my appointment. Usually they would let us know what they’re doing and have us sign off on what we are paying before just auto charging a credit card. Overall I’m happy I was able to be seen quickly the same day I called to make an appointment but the office visit fee should be reduced since the customer has no way of knowing whether they’re doing the standard physical exam that should be done during every visit (weight, temp, heart check, etc). Perhaps the vet should call the person and have them on speakerphone as they are examining their pet. That way they can communicate during the exam process.

Dr. Francisco is great, Thorough in explaining issues and options. Very caring.

I didn’t go inside because of pandemic, but every one was great, I I wasn’t given the rabie tags and receipts for my record, I received a phone call when I got home that I was supposed to be given the tags but wasn’t, so I have to make a trip back. But I was very pleased with your service. Thank you and have a great Thanksgiving

Best vet ever

Dr. Farragher is simply amazing. She is thorough and thoughtful and always goes above and beyond. I moved and my new vet is not great. My dog was having a skin rash that has not been fixed for MONTHS. I finally decided to make the long ride and go back to Farragher for help. The office fit me in right away and Farragher was great as always. She came up with a variety of game plans and within 48 hours I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my dog. I hate that you guys are so far away because she really is an incredible doctor!

It s just to fast. I had questions I would have liked to ask but know they were so very busy. However, they did make time for me and thank you for that!!!

All went well for us. Very satisfied.
