You have an exceptional clinic. From the mundane nail trim to a full physical- we are thrilled with every aspect of the JJ clinic and the Wellness center. everyone made me feel so welcome. I, sadly, had not had my fur babies in for a check up in like 6/7 years and not once was I made to feel bad and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that (I have been a single mother since my daughters were 5 &7 and they are now 23&25 so time was more sparse than money).. I recently had to bring in my dog. Although the prognosis was very bad, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. I was spoken to with kindness and was given all the information about my dogs condition and what could be done moving forward

Megan the vet tech is very cheerful and truly seems to enjoy her job. She explained options for neutering and then made sure to give us a print out breaking down the costs. I appreciated the extra step of having paperwork in hand.
