Dr. Jay kept us thoroughly informed on both of our dogs who were having complex spay/neuter surgeries. I cannot explain how important that was to us, me in particular with a medical background and having to work on the day of their surgeries. I was extremely thankful to have been updated and come home to see how well our pups were doing that evening. I also appreciated the phone call the following day. Thank you!

Our girls love Country Side and so do their parents! Great staff! We wouldn’t have pets if we didn’t have Country Side and Dr Jay, wouldn’t trust them with anyone else!

As a dog owner for the past 40 years, I can honestly say that I have never been treated so kindly and patiently as I have at Countryside. So happy to have our dogs being seen by the vets at Countryside.

I love Dr Jay and Amber both. They are my preferred team. They are so friendly and helpful and they seem to truly care for my dog. All other vets and technicians are also great but I truly smile when I see those two come in to work with Piper. And my dog loves them too. Thanks Countryside!

Dr. Sarah was so engaged, took time to speak with my 10 year old, allowed her to be part of the appointment by speaking with her and including her in the discussion. We appreciate the thoughtfulness!

Was a great experience. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and there took time.

I was pretty upset over my sick pet upon arriving and everyone I encountered was extremely gracious and empathetic and efficient. Upon calling for an appointment, I was offered one within 15 min. I am thankful for everyone who works at Countryside. We have never had a bad experience in the years we have had you care for our pets. Keep up the amazing work.

We live almost an hour away, but are happy to make the trip to have Dr. Jay and Amber work with our dogs. We had been going to a different veterinarian clinics for 35 years, however 3 significant things occurred which caused us to find a different service. The first time we saw Dr. Jay and Amber, our Samoyed was immediately diagnosed with a severe case of Lyme’s disease. The symptoms were present for four years and yet the other clinic had never run a blood test. We have found Dr. Jay and Amber to be extremely knowledgeable in animal health and it is evident that both truly love animals. We couldn’t be happier with their expert care.

Dr Jay was wonderful. It was the first time we had seen him and he was great. Very friendly and attentive to our furry family member. We didn’t even sit down to wait. We weighed and went right in. We love the new clinic.
