Your team is awesome! I have been looking for years for a vet that I feel comfortable taking my dog to. My previous one was pretty good but still didn’t feel quite right. My friend suggested countryside and I’m so glad I gave you a try! The staff was friendly and patient. Frankie was incredibly anxious from the second we set foot inside the door, and everyone was very kind and gracious about it giving him treats and treating him in a way to help put him at ease. I appreciated that Dr. Palmer offered me a lot of information and suggestions to help with his anxiety without even having to ask. Overall it was a great experience and a great first impression.

They have always acted with the utmost compassion and understanding and the welfare of your family member is the most important thing to them. I have never once felt that they were more concerned about the dollar instead of their patient and that s more than I can say for any doctor s office.
