Very helpful, friendly and thorough

The vet tech who took Bernie inside was very friendly and understanding. Once Bernie was inside, Dr. Jay’s vet tech called for the details of why she was brought in. He was very polite and listened to my concerns. After a few minutes, Dr. Jay called to let me know his findings and to give me a course of treatment. Bernie and I love Dr. J! When Bernie’s appointment was finished the same tech that took her in brought her back to me along with her meds. I had also asked that if they had the time, could they clip her nails-they did. ?? In this very unusual time, your whole team could not have been any more patient or kind. Awesome job. I was also told that all Bernie wanted to do was hold hands. That’s my girl. Incredibly impressed with the way the entire customer service model transitioned to meet the needs to the current business environment. My dog was brought in for a somewhat urgent need, and an appointment was created to accommodate his condition, a diagnosis was clearly and simply communicated by the doctor and put me at ease - all done in a virtual manner. I can’t say enough about how I continue to be impressed with the care, service and support Countryside provides by ALL of their staff. Thank you!

Many questions not applicable because of the Coronavirus....all was done over the phone. It worked well

Some of these don t apply because you weren t able to go into office and meet staff. But I thought it was handled great and everyone was courteous.

We brought Oscar in for a nail trim and it was his first time there. They came out quickly and got him then in less than 10 min he was back and he did awesome. Thank you so much for the great job and making Oscar comfortable. We adopted him from the Oshkosh humane center and in those environments he’s very nervous and just shakes and here he shook alittle but did so much better than we thought! Thank you!!!

This was our first visit with a new puppy.Everyone there was extremely helpful. We d especially like to praise Mackenzie for her help, friendliness and manner with our puppy Murphy.

Since the last time I was in for a visit you change the way you pay for the appointment. I very much like that you pay in the exam room rather than at the front desk trying to handle your pet while trying to make the payment. Small change but nice touch.

Everyone is very nice! Unfortunately my two dogs information got mixed up even though I had called ahead and given it, but it ended up working out and being alright, just a longer appointment time.
