I have had Countryside as my vet service since I moved to the area in 2002. I have always appreciated the staff. Dr. Renee Palmer has been so good to me, so understanding, so helpful. I appreciated the checkout in the exam room, avoiding previous congestion out front.

We had a great experience, as always. You are the best!

I was very pleased that the vet assistant took him back to draw blood while we waited for a room to open up. Then when she was done we were able to get into a room right away. This helped a lot because our dog doesn’t do well around other dogs since he was attacked by another dog by our home.

Great job as usual by all involved, from Dr. Jay to the Vet Techs to the receptionist. We love the care they provide to our pets.

I worked with Dr Renee and her tech (I m sorry I can t remember her name) for my chihuahua, Oscar. They did a great job. Oscar is very skittish, nervous, and hates strangers and the Vet :). Both individuals did a great job of moving the exam along so Oscar could get out of there quickly. I appreciate that they recognize how difficult this is for him.

I would highly recommend Counrtyside Veterinary Clinic. They really try to place the person and pet at ease. The staff are truly concerned about the welfare of your pet.

Dr. Vande Hey was hands down the best veterinarian we’ve worked with since owning our pet. She was beyond helpful & very friendly. She listened, yet went above & beyond to provide information for our pet. Really appreciated her.

When entering the building with a carrier it is extremely difficult to pull the door open. May I suggest and can t believe there isn t one, a button that can be pressed to open the doors. I have noticed other people struggle having to pull the door open while carrying their pet.

Doc Jay and Amber are always the best and so os the office. I would never take gracie or george anyway else.
